Wonderful guide. Great trip
John was a great guide. Extremely friendly with a lot of knowledge about the areas to/from Delphi. The monastery was set on a beautiful hillside and in great condition for 2nd Century. Most mosaics were pristinely cleaned and replaced in original places. Very impressive. Delphi was incredible and historic. Much walking so not great for the mobile impaired, but awesome! Make sure to take in the museum.

A great trip to Delphi
Our driver Costas was very knowledgeable about the interesting sites both to and from Athens as well as Delphi itself. He also recommended a very good local restaraunt with great food and an excellent view. In addition, he was extremely helpful in bringing us to a couple of stores where we could purchase things we needed before our cruise.

Its worth the money and the time.
Nikos was really nice and informative. Lunch was excellent and he had me try different types of Greek food, all the food was delicious. He let me hike all around Delphi, visit the museum, did a little bit of souvenir shopping, and visited a lesser-known UNESCO Byzantium Monastery (Hosios Loukas Monastery). If you are looking for a more private one-on-one experience using Nikos.
