LUCKY LADY - Deluxe Na Pali Morning Snorkel Tour
Captain and crew were competent, friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. The boat was clean and had lots of good places to sit, though not much shade. The team had all of their routines down to a fine art, and everything ran very smoothly. Because of the distance to travel to the Napali coast, there was not a lot of time for snorkeling, but the coast is amazing and worth the trip. I would sail with the Lucky Lady again, no hesitation.

Great food, friendly service, and delivered above and beyond expectations. We toured the Napali Coast on a zodiac a few days prior to the Sunset Cruise. We highly recommend the sunset cruise over the zodiac experience.

LUCKY LADY - Deluxe Na Pali Morning Snorkel Tour
Unfortunately the conditions were too rough to snorkel but we did get to travel along the Napali coast and go under waterfalls. The captain Kauai was so great and friendly. The crew Kim, Chance, and. Evan we’re on top of safety, cleanup, bringing out drinks and food, and making sure we had an awesome time! Definitely worth doing!

Na Pali Coast Super Raft Adventure
Napali coast must be seen in person to realize how awesome it is. Captain Miguel was great, he got us in the caves, explained how the cliffs were formed, showed us monk seals and lots of other wildlife. We we got back to Port Allen it was late and we couldn't find an Uber or taxi to take us back to the cruise ship so Captain Miguel took us. It was about a 30 minute drive. When you book your tour request Captain Miguel!

Ni'ihau and Na Pali Coast Snorkel Boat Tour
Amazing. AHHHH-MA-ZING boat crew! Friendly, attentive, worked well with each other, and knowledgable. Instruction for beginners and 1:1 available for any anxious snorkel beginners. One of the best snorkel trips that I have taken. Good Na Pali coast scenery and beautiful fish at Ni’ihau. Note of caution if you are prone to sea/motion sickness - the sea, she’s unpredictable - take your anti-nausea meds and the crew has great tips to help alleviate the nausea. Don’t be shy to ask for help.
Great trip and well worth it.

LUCKY LADY - Deluxe Na Pali Sunset Tour
A great trip with the Na Pali coast well worth the trip. We also had bonuses of seeing Green Turtles, Monk Seals and dolphins. Captain Kauai and his crew were brilliant and looked after us extremely well and were entertaining. Only slight negative was that the food was ok but not great. Overall a great trip. Plan your transportation back at the end as there were no Ubers and it was difficult to get a taxis to come and pick us up.

Kauai's Ultimate Na Pali Coast Zodiac Boat Snorkeling & Sea Cave Eco Tour
The boat sailed from the island southwest to the north around Hanalei Bay. We can see the spectacular Na Pali Coast Line and many caves along the route. The captain and tour guide introduced the scenery very well. It is a very good tour, only disappointed that the captain canceled the snorkel section.

How to Get There

The Na Pali Coast stretches for 16 miles (26 kilometers) along Kauai’s northwest shore. No roads lead into the Na Pali Coast State Wilderness Park, and much of the coast is inaccessible due its extremely rugged terrain and sheer cliffs. To reach the trailhead for the Kalalau Trail, follow highway 560 to the end of the road, just past Ha’ena State Park.

When to Get There

Kauai’s weather is stable all year round, which makes it an excellent destination anytime of the year. The best time to hike the Kalalau Trail is during the dry season, which lasts from May through October. Winter is whale watching season, making it a great time for boat tours.

Hiking the Kalalau (Na Pali Coast) Trail

The Na Pali coastline is only accessible by foot via the Kalalau Trail. Backpackers typically take 3 days or more to make this incredibly scenic 22-mile (34-kilometer) round-trip journey. The trail traverses steep cliffs, requires several river crossings, and is very strenuous in spots. Day hikers can venture to Hanakapi’ai Falls, but permits are required to hike past the falls, even if you don’t plan to camp.
