On each tour & activity information page, under the heading Additional Information the first line indicates whether a product will be instantly confirmed to you, and hence available, or if Viator has to check with its travel service provider to receive confirmation within 12-48 hours. Availability cannot be automatically checked prior to processing your reservation request.
