Sorry you could not find the pick-up. We picked up another couple there at the same time and place, and had 5 other tour drivers in the area during that time.
For our attempts to communicate the pick up point, my records show you received and opened both confirmation email with map and picture of the pick up spot, and reminder email.
On the morning when you were not at the pick up spot, we attempted to contact you through viator and your cell to help you locate us.
Your 120min massage space was reserved for you and the luxury couples room was vacant for you during your time with no communication for even a late arrival or pick up.
We did not receive any communication from you: call, email, or on viator platform for 20 hrs.
So sorry we could not connect, I understand communication is challenging on cruise. The other couple was extremely happy.
I have issued you a 50% refund as a courtesy.
