Dear Nancy,
I'm sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience during your tour of Auschwitz. It's understandable that you expected a more leisurely pace, but please keep in mind that the tours at Auschwitz are designed and run by the museum itself, and we have limited control over the content and timing of the tour.
That being said, we will certainly bring your concerns to the attention of the museum, and encourage them to consider the feedback of their visitors in future tours.
Regarding the salt mine, we apologize for the language barrier you experienced with your guide. We do try our best to ensure that guides are fluent in English, but unfortunately, this are also appointed by The Museum. We appreciate your understanding and will strive to improve in this area.
Finally, we understand that the time allotted for lunch may have been too short for some visitors, but please keep in mind that the schedule is designed to allow for as much sightseeing as possible. We appreciate your feedback on this, and will take it into consideration in future tours.
We're glad to hear that you found the bus comfortable and the driver professional, and we hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future.
Best regards,
Mateusz
