Dear Cara, we are sorry that you did not participate in our tour on March 28th, 2023 and that you did not find the pick-up/meeting point that you chose yourself while making the reservation. The pick-up/meeting point is clearly advertised in our offer and in your confirmation received from Viator: Wielopole 2, 31-072 Kraków, Poland.
Furthermore, a day before the tour we have sent you a reminder with the same address of the pick-up/meeting point and a correct link to google maps that shows the exact address and a picture of the pick-up/meeting point.

The bus was late 20 minutes due to a short but severe snowstorm and we have been in touch with you via Viator messaging system and phone conversation to keep you updated. Up until the bus arrival you did not notify us that you cannot find the pick-up/meeting point. When the bus arrived and the driver was not able to find you we phoned you repeatedly and tried to locate you but you were not able to tell us where you are waiting. Please keep in mind that other 6 participants were able to find the very same pick-up/meeting point without any problems and joined our tour. The bus left after 7 minutes in order to pick-up other participants from different locations en route and we have asked you to take a taxi and meet the bus at the last stop. Unfortunately, you were reluctant to do so and when you did take a taxi you were late at the last stop again. Our tours have a scheduled entry to each venue and the bus had to leave in order to make it on time to the destination. Your entry tickets to the Salt Mine were purchased ahead of time and these tickets are non-refundable.
Once again, we are sorry that you did not participate in our tour however we have done everything possible to accommodate you.
