However in your situation, we cannot change the fact that you didn't read in our listing under "WHAT'S INCLUDED" where we very clearly state NO PICKUPS IN WAILEA, KIHEI. We repeat the same information again under PICKUP DETAILS. Lastly, we sent you a written confirmation with the pickup directions prior your tour. If you were not happy with the pickup arrangements, you could simply cancel your booking..... Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Mahalo
