Misleading

I would like to request a refund. I was not able to use this narrated tour as reservations for the hike are required. We were not able to get a reservation. This add and tour was misleading. Waste of money and reward points.

My husband is not the hiking type of person, it was his first time and my choice since we were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. He was glad he did it! He loved the scenery, the audio was very informative and we both had a great time!

I didn’t purchase tickets before going but the staff was so nice helping me get in! One of the guys walked me through the entire process to get me admitted!

informative on the walk itself, but the description of the tour must add that you are required to buy your hiking pass in ADVANCE. We arrived only knowing that our hiking pass was not paid for, and thinking we could pay on the spot! We were directed to use a QR code to pay for our entry (hiking pass), but couldn’t get enough mobile service in the bottom of the crater (where we were at the start) to do anything. After about 30 mins of trying, a sympathetic staff member allowed me to use the office Wifi, and this did the job.

The page shows office closed at 2pm but still allow me finish booking after 2:30 pm. The system allow me to finish purchase when it cannot offer service. And the refund is not easy, I reached help center and they told me it’s within it’d wait 3-5 days for the feedback(no confirmation of refund yet)

We ended up hiking without the audio tour because were unable to locate the "meeting place". There was a chain link fence around the address, so we couldn't get your product. Very disappointing. Please return my money.

Went based off reviews and did not know I had to purchase/reserve tickets for parking and the actual hike. They did not refund me because it was too late. Read everything before you purchase.

It was wonderful I love it . I had earphones and listening to all explanations in French it was perfect. On the top it was like a magic to see the ocean with all the colors. The hiking was had for me but I did because they had a branches to sit and take rest it was helped. I really love it.

The hike of diamond head was amazing. The narrated tour was not necessary and actually distracting. The headsets slow you down and take the focus away from the views. If you are with others, you won’t talk or have to take them off. The info at some of the spots is interesting, but just doesn’t work with hiking.

My son got injured before my scheduled time. I tried to rebook but there was no customer service. I got into that chat line to try to rebook and no one returned a call. I lost money on this I would not go thru this site again.
