Bra turné men mindre än jag förväntade mig

Vi hade problem med att komma åt mötesplatsen på grund av stängda vägar och gps som gav felaktig information. Vi var i kontakt med guiden och hon väntade 30 minuter på oss. Lyckligtvis var vi de enda på turnén. Jag blev besviken för även om Susan använde sina verktyg på tågstationen för att kommunicera med möjliga närvaron, var det efter det mer en stadsrundtur på platser där människor har rapporterat interagera med spöken. Turnén var intressant ur en historisk synvinkel men inte ur en interaktiv synvinkel.

Thank you for the feedback. We have discussed your concerns with Susan and have taken it into account. Please understand in ANY major cities, there are roads only accessible to pedestrians sometimes. When traveling to an unfamiliar location, always allow yourself extra time. GPS only calculates when you will arrive in the area but does not calculate time for finding parking or walking to the location. Thank goodness you had a private that evening so we could accommodate your 30 minute tardiness. The two hour tour you chose is considered a sample tour which includes history, ghost stories, a MINI investigation. You could have told her you would like more investigation time. The only problem would be if no contact was made with the other side we would have gotten the complaint that you just sat in a dark room and didn’t tour the city. She definitely would have been able to do and show you more if the tour started on time. We do thank you for your support and understanding.

Interesting, good way to spend a few hours as a break away from theme parks

Brooke as a tour guide was lovely. Sent a tx a few hours before to advise of the meeting point and gave contact number in case it was needed. Very welcoming and friendly on arrival. Tour was interesting with a mix of local knowledge and spooky/ghostly information. It would have been nice to be able to go into the more haunted locations that were discussed from a distance. Nice to have an EMF reader each for the whole tour as well as use of dowsing rods in 2 locations. Overall enjoyed the tour, a little different in style to UK based ghost tours but good to see how they are carried out in the US. Would book with this company again if ever in a location they operated in.

We had a great time being interactive in our ghost hunt, the guide was very knowledgeable and fun. The tour was very interesting delving back into the past to discover the characters and their stories and used K2 meters to detect activity which we did find! Would highly recommend brilliant experience
