We appreciate the disappointment that unexpected illness can cause when you have plans and tours booked. We received your email message late on the evening before your tour, however we had not yet had a chance to respond to your original message. It is Viator company policy which states no refunds or cancellations within 24 hours, you did not receive this response from us, the tour operator. We apologize for not responding on the day of your tour, we recognize this will have added to your disappointment. We are a small team and we sometimes take a little longer to catch up with our administration.
