Pickup details

Your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby / reception lounge . We recommend to set the pick up time at least 3 hours prior to the plane departure (default pick up time). All Orient Tours Representatives will be wearing blue trousers and a white shirt/jacket with an Orient Tours Logo.

What To Expect

When your stay in Abu Dhabi is over, meet your courteous and professional driver at your city hotel, and be whisked directly to Abu Dhabi International Airport in the comfort and privacy of your own, air-conditioned vehicle.

Whether you’re traveling as a group, in a couple or by yourself, all your ground transport requirements are met by this door-to-door private transfer service. 

When you place your booking, you will be required to provide full details of your flight and your Abu Dhabi accommodation: please see below for instructions. Your transfer will then be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be given a travel voucher to provide to your private driver on the day.

Price is per person, based on 7 adults per car/vehicle.

Please note: you will need to provide the following flight and hotel details in the ‘Special Requirements’ box when booking your private transfer:
• Departure city and arrival city
• Flight number and airline
• Flight departure time
• Hotel name and address

Additional Info

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • The brand of vehicle used will vary. A maximum of 7 people per booking.The Vehicle will be allocated based on the number of person.
  • Children up to 4.99 years of age must be provided with a child safety seat. So please select the infant seat if there is a child from 0 – 4.99 yrs in your booking. No discount for children 5 years and above,children will be charged the same price as adults
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • At the time of booking, please select the appropriate Hotel zone in which you are staying.
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Infant seats available
  • Most travelers can participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The gentleman who picked me up at Hotel was early, helpful and polite. His vehicle was clean and the drive was safe and I was dropped outside the required terminal. Would recommend this service. Thankyou.
Timing is everything

Our driver was right on time, which is why we use a private transfer! He had our name printed out big enough to read, as so many other agencies were also there at the port to pick up people. He was very courteous and took us straight to the airport. I would definitely use them again.

Driver was not very good, and we went all over Abu Dahbi, instead of straight from the Intercontinental Hotel to the Airport. We were even taken via Ferrari World. The driver was Indian, and did not seem to be suitable for the types of passengers he was taking. We hope that we do not get this driver again. The company needs to do something about this driver, as he appears to unstable.
