Mosques & Palace Dress Code: Women must wear long loose clothing to insure their arms and legs are fully covered. They are also required to cover their heads all the time while inside the mosque. However, for the Mosque visit, company will provide long-local Abaya with a scarf (long black dress-attire) if needed which must be returned back.
Men must not show above their knees and are required to cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will result in refused entry. Company does not provide any kind of clothes to men.
Tour duration is fixed for any tour/activity. But the drop off may later or sooner the mentioned timing depends on the traffic of the city. At times, the drop off may get late up to 30-45 minutes than the mentioned time.

Lunch not included - at your own expense
During any Presidential Events, Qasr Al Watan might shut down to the public without any previous announcements as it is a national palace, however, it will be replaced with Qasr Al Hosn or Heritage Village (whichever available on that day)
There is a shuttle bus service to the entrance from the main gate of the palace.
Guided tours are not allowed within the palace; your guide will narrate important information about the palace before the visit.
Mosque Hours: Sat to Thu: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm (Last entry 9:30 pm)
Fri: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Last entry 11:30 am) & from 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Last entry 9:30 pm)

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The grand mosque, it was not only beautiful but interesting. I tried to call the local number given to me because we had been waiting for a half hour, unfortunately there was no answer, our hotel concierge also tried to phone your company. I believe someone should have been available for assistance.

We really enjoyed the tour for Abu Dhabi....the Palace was amazing and the Mosque was stunning....the views from the Etihad Towers were breathtaking. We took this trip last week, would thoroughly recommend! Tour guide, Jahan was excellent and very knowledgeable. We were contacted via Whatsapp the day before and the morning of the tour, prompt arrival and straight onto the Etihad towers - having later visited the Burj Khalifa, we actually preferred the view from the Etihad towers! The Grand Mosque is well worth a visit, again Johan provided appropriate dress for the ladies, and was a great photographer too! We cannot recommend this trip enough!

Disappointing Company to deal with

First I got a message I had been cancelled. Spent ages sorting. Not what you want on holidays. The guy who did the tour was very nice. Driver who picked us up never said a word for 30 mins. We then had to wait 40 mins for the rest of the group. Got back at 6pm. Too long for what saw, 3 things took all day. 13000 steps. I would prefer to have done the hop on hop off bus In hindsight.
