The tour was canceled last minute and we could not get another rescheduled. We even asked the cost of a private tour which was mentioned by the tour provider. They never replied. There does not seem to be enough information available from Viator or the local tour company. The local company information we were given from Viator had a non-working phone number in Saudi and one that did not answer in UAE. When we were contacted hours later to cancel us it was a totally different local tour company name and number. To come all the way to Saudi to have this happen is very unfortunate.
