Our guide and skipper were fantastic. The skipper was an excellent driver, very safe and respectful of nature. The guide was so upbeat and enthusiastic, she gave a positive attitude to everyone. We were so lucky to be able to see Orcas as well as dolphins on the trip. The boat ride was very enjoyable as well. I would recommend this experience 100%

The scenery was beautiful, the boat ride was way too fast on the water. Unable to see the dolphins which was no fault of the tour

Exceptional tour guides and a boat that only held about 20ppl made for a perfect experience. The guides were funny and educational and did a great job of explaining the area. We were able to get so close to the dolphins and the guides did a great job of respecting their space.

Excellent tour. Inez is a marine biologist, and was very knowledgeable. We were lucky to have good weather, and found many bottlenose dolphins. The Algarve coastline is gorgeous.

Great tour

Great guides, victor and Christiano and we saw 100+ dolphins! The boat is so smooth and great height to the water to really see the dolphins. Cliffs and caves were beautiful to see!

AMAZING! We had a lovely time. Although the waves were too rough to go into the caves, it didn't spoil the trip at all. We still got close enough and saw the coastal cliffs. It was stunning. The boat was so much fun with lots of laughs from passengers. We got to see so many Dolphins. Would love to go back

Dolphins and Caves in Faro

Our tour guides (Guire and Christiano) were very experienced me and my family was our first time to go in the middle of the sea on a small boat the guys were funny their reassurance put us at ease. We spotted the dolphins the experience was amazing. On our way back we sailed round the coast and stopped by Bengnail caves. I definitely recommend this experience to any one planning of what to do in Portugal

We loved Christiano’s excellent knowledge of the place, his very detailed explanations and the many tips he gave us about the place and surrounding tourist spots. Our boat captain Rui was also wonderful!! The trip was throughly enjoyed by all ( a group of 8) thanks to Christiano’s fabulous sense of humor!! It was a delight to see dolphins dance around and whizz past our boat 🙂 Highly recommend this trip!!

Could have been better but…

Our first day was cancelled due to rough seas however the communication was good and we were informed a day before on call. The tour started from Marina with the hope of watching dolphins. The captain tried hard and we did go very deep but couldn’t see any dolphins. We heard from other guys that winter is not a good rime to spot the dolphins. Later we went to see the caves. Note that you can’t get out of the boat which was bit of a bummer. We had hoped to get down on the beach and takw some photos. Sit at the front if you want to take photos from the boat. Later we deove parallel to the coast and see the limestone structures. We could see other boats going pretty close to other caves but our captain kept it at a distance, it would have been good if we would done that too. The worst part about this tour was the seats were absolutely uncomfortable and we just felt like the tour should stop now, not sure if other motor boats also have same problem.

As you say in your comment and very well, we changed the date of your tour to suit you better, so that you could have the best possible experience in our company. As for dolphins, they are wild animals, over which we have no control (although it is so and may it be so for many long years), we do not want to control nature at any time. All seasons are good for seeing dolphins, in summer the probability of seeing them more often is greater, as we have more boats working and can cover a larger search area, in winter with fewer boats it becomes a little more difficult but never impossible. In fact, in December our dolphin viewing percentage was 72%. When you bought your ticket you knew perfectly well that the entire tour is done inside the boat and at no time can you leave it, especially because Portuguese law does not allow you to do so and because for us it is also impossible to do so. As for the boat seats, they are suitable for this type of tour, they are the most suitable for the type of boat you chose to take your tour, there were other types of boats, but the choice was yours and not ours.
