Good sea conditions are required for this experience. In case of cancellation due to bad sea conditions, a mechanical issue or the minimum number of people missing, you can choose another date if available or a full refund. Other conditions that could occasionally lead to the cancellation are mechanical breakdowns or personnel health problems and requests for monitoring intervention for protecting cetaceans that cannot be postponed and are in conflict with the tour's date.

The guides reserve the right to end the excursion early if it is not possible to guarantee the safety of the people on board or to respect the established program due to weather and sea conditions. The cost of the ticket could be reduced in case of early termination of the excursion.

Suggested equipment: water, beach towel, swimsuit, sun cream, sunglasses, sunhat.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
