Alton Tower does not offer really exciting experience comparing other theme park in EU, where is more relaxing garden with some rides

Used this website for the first time to book going to Alton towers as the prices on there website were to expensive, this website popped up I’d never heard of it before and we got the tickets so much cheaper and got there with no problems. Will continue to book through this site for the future. Highly recommend

Wait times averaged 2hrs 40minutes for most rides. There was no fast track tickets available for the day we visited as had sold out. We were a group of 8 and also a few of the rides we wanted to go on where closed.

Long queues rides closed terrible waste of money no offers from yourselves for money back or refund or another ticket for another date!

Cable cars off for rest of season, no wheel chair available as 4 were broken. My disabled teen ended up having to walk so only went on 4 small things.
Ended up bring collected by first aid and taken back to the car as teens knees and ankles swelled and their back went into spasm.
Only spent about.3 hrs in the park. Didn't manage to get to ANY of the big coasters :-(

World class theme park. Great place for youngsters and teenagers. Our 4 year old loved the rides and themes. Teenagers were all over the place with thrill rides.

Absolutely horrific experience!! 2 rides in 7 hours due to queues, 3 and a half hour’s queue for smiler, get to front and ride broke down! Fuming

I went to visit Alton Tower buying the ticket from Viator.com (All the process was correct I was able to access the park without problem). The problem came later, since it was raining and the attractions were closed for a long time. The park declared the day as rainy and in these cases it invites all those who bought the tickets through their own application or website to come back again for free, but not those who, like me, bought them from another website.
