Outstanding driver

Nidal was a perfect driver and tour guide. The car was comfortable, he is very polite and friendly. He explained to us a lot about the locations and was always available to help us. The sightseeings were perfect, very well organized in terms of time.
Enjoying Jordan
Bo_L, Mar 2024
Petra didn’t disappoint. It was spectacular and amazing. Our jeep ride and overnight in a tent at Wadi Rum is an experience we’ll never forget. Swimming in the Dead Sea with a mud bath before or after is a must. And Aqaba was surprisingly beautiful—a sun-soaked, clean beautiful seaside resort. All of these opportunities were available to us through the efforts of our guide and driver, Raed. Raed ran interference for us at every stop, making sure we had immediate service and answering our many questions patiently and kindly.

Such an amazing, unforgettable experience. Murad our driver was such a genuine nice guy and a pleasure to be with, Petra and Wadi Rum are a highlight of not just this trip, but my life. All other stop offs were also so cool. Best time
Overall a wonderful and simple way to see the highlights of Jordan.

Overall a wonderful trip and worth it for the convenience and safety. It was nice to have a driver take us to all the places. This is a nice way to see the highlights of Jordan without doing too much research. I would book it on my own in the future. I'd skip the small stops on the way to Petra and skip Little Petra for sure...spend the extra time exploring Petra for two days. The jeep tour in Wadi Rum was a bit rushed, and we had them drop us off at Dead Sea, making our own way back to the airport.
Good cost performance, well thought after plan.

We had a private tour. Our driver, Mr. Raed, was very good. Well mannered and helpful. Also a careful driver. 3 star hotel in Petra was clean and sufficient. The Wadi Rum tent was like a hotel room, large, with air-con and with own bathroom. The food at Wadi Rum was very good. The Dead Sea resort staff was friendly and helpful, but the facility was old and dated., and the lunch buffet was not very good. It is better if we could choose other resort, even with higher fees.
Thank You Majd

Must see places all packed into a single trip!!

Wadi Rum, Petra and Dead Sea are all fantastic must-see/experience locations. Highly recommend Jordan Private Tours company and especially the driver Murad Dasan. Murad is a highly experienced, smooth driver. Jordan Private Tours gave us detailed information about Jordan including link to purchase Jordan Pass. If you just visit Petra, you have money with Jordan Pass as it covers visa fees (JD 40) as well.. Needs to be purchased at least a week in advance from outside Jordan and is activated at the airport. Murad picked us up promptly at 8 am. First stop was Mudaba, fooled by Mt Nebu (neither of which were advertised). Next stop Dana natural preserve (just a photo stop). We then stopped for lunch at Jerusalem rest house. Recommend packing some light snacks and skipping lunch as food is very so-so and at JD 15, too expensive. We got to Petra at 5 pm and checked in at Edom hotel - very neat and clean. 3 star right near Petra gate. We took in Petra museum (highly recommend - free and open till 630 pm). We also bought tickets for Petra by Night. We think it is overrated. Long walk at night to the treasury and back (~2 miles) and not much of a show. We started the morning with tour of Petra. We took a guide (highly recommend - 2 hrs, JD 50). Phenomenal place. Walk along main route to the end (steps to Monastery) and on the way back, take the uphill route via Byzantine church, royal tombs etc. it is almost 7.5 miles round trip. Well worth it. If you want to visit the Monastery, add another 1.5 hrs. Otherwise you can cover Petra in ~5 hrs (including breaks and photo stops). We then drove to Wadi Rum. It is an other worldly place. 2 hr jeep tour is awesome and we took in sunset from the camp. Jordan private tours booked us at a great camp. Excellent location and great food. We had private tent (delux option - highly recommend) - very comfortable and very quiet. Morning sunrise was magical. Check out at 8 am and we drove on the truck back to our car. Murad then drove us to Aquaba - Red Sea port. Very nice little town. You could do glass bottom boat tour if you want (1 hr) 15 JD. We then drove 3 hrs north to Dead Sea. Drive all along Israel and Jordan border. We had reservations at Grand East Resort - for 40 JD pp, lunch, water, use of facilities including mud pack. Dead Sea is unbelievable - at -1400 ft, lowest point on earth. Very warm too. Very comfortable and mud bath makes your skin smooth. We then drove back to Amman. In the hotel by 530 pm. Murad is an excellent driver. All places of stay were great quality. Good value for money. Highly recommend him and his company
Worth the trip

We had a fantastic three days with Raed! We went at our own pace and got to see everything we came for. We rode in a very comfortable car. Raed was very accommodating and provided history along the way.
Fantastic trip, extremely safe! Would recommend to anyone
Alexander_K, Dec 2023
We had a wonderful tour guide called Raed. He was fantastic. This tour exceeded our expectations. Alot of our friends and family were worried about us going on this holiday whilst there are issues in Israel and Palestine. But we felt so safe to the point at which you would never know there are issues going on at all. Jordan is so quiet right now because of this, so its a perfect time to go! The trip was better than expected and we couldn't believe how much history there is in Jordan! Thanks Raed and the tour company. I hope my family will do a trip similar to this next year!
Great tour!

Excellent Tour Company to travel in Jordan
Herman_Y, Nov 2023
The most wonderful part of this trip, apart from the attraction, I would say is the driver/ Tour guide - Ahmad. During the drive to attraction, he patiently share the history of the attraction and take good care of us. At first, we are worried and wanted to cancel the tour due to the war but he made us feel safe during the entire trip. He made us feel to come back visit Jordan again and explore more about Jordan. Jordan is a wonderful country to visit, for whoever’s haven’t experience Jordan, please come and book with Viator!
Excellent

Samsu_K, Nov 2023
We’ve had the best of times in Jordan. Our driver, Ahmad Ali, has always been courteous, accomodating and full of hospitality since the first day til the end of our journey. We highly recommend this package for total freedom and hassle free. Do remember to get your Jordan Pass before flying to Jordan to enjoy the free payment of entry visa and major sightseeing entry tickets.

Khaled S. Our driver was a huge contributing factor to why this trip was amazing. He shared so many details with us and was on time. We loved Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea. I would highly recommend this trip and hope you get a driver as great as Khaled.

Excellent--Exciting and varied three-day tour
Michael_K, Oct 2023
This was a unique, exciting, and varied three-day tour of Jordan! We were a young couple traveling in September 2023. Our private driver Hassan Alkahteeb was all we could ask for: attentive and kind, making sure we were taken care of with cold water and snacks throughout our time with him; helpful in offering information about where we were driving and stopping regularly at viewpoints for photos, which broke up stretches of sitting and helped us appreciate the locales; and safe. He drove a modern, comfortable car with A/C and even WiFi. The first day of the tour begins with a visit to Mt. Nebo followed by Madaba, Shobak Castle, and Little Petra. Duration at each stop was ideal for us with enough time to explore at an appropriate pace. At Wadi Musa our standard option was Jordan Heart Hotel, which was modern and comfortable. We arrived in the late afternoon with enough time for dinner in town and a visit to the high-quality Petra Museum. Day two began with a free and extensive hotel breakfast (started at 6:30am to allow early start at Petra). The walk from the hotel to the Petra Visitor Center was an easy 12 minutes downhill. We felt that time at Petra (~7:30am - 3pm) was sufficient, particularly as we enjoy hiking. Hassan then drove us to Wadi Rum, where another driver brought us to our camp for the evening. We declined a sunset Jeep tour but were able to watch the sunset up a short climb from the camp. Our “classic” tent had two twin beds and bathroom facilities with showers nearby. Traditional zarb was unveiled at 8pm followed by a large dinner buffet in a spacious, modern banquet hall. Post-dinner activities included dancing to Arabic music, stargazing with a telescope, and campfire with tea. Day three started with a extensive breakfast buffet. We departed for our desert tour in the back of a canopied pickup truck. This tour included four stops/excursions including a canyon with ancient carvings/petroglyphs, a sand dune, look-out spot, and spring with camels. We were brought to meet Hassan and then headed to Aqaba. While the itinerary originally included the Dead Sea, we were able to customize our experience to include an open-bottom boat ride and snorkeling, which Hassan arranged at a reasonable fare. In all, these unforgettable three days took us through diverse landscapes to remarkable sites, and all the while welcomed us with the warmest hospitality. Full recommendation for any adventurous travelers with the opportunity to see this amazing part of the world!
Short but intense
Matt_L, Sep 2023
I did the three-day trip. It was a packed itinerary but I really enjoyed all the activities. My driver was Ibrahim Al-Sammak (Sam). He was a great driver, and very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend spending as much time as possible at Petra, exploring Wadi Rum, and going snorkeling in Aqaba.
A Gem
