I've never experienced such a convoluted experience. After installing 2 different apps, it rejected my ticket number 3 times. I tried calling the support line and was put on hold. We ended up abandoning the scavenger hunt altogether. Such an incredible waste of time.

Nothing really memorable. Similar to many others but not as user friendly. When we arrived at our destination it never pickup that we were there. Always had to “check in anyways”.

The support staff in the office were excellent but many of the instructions on the ground were confusing and we went round in a few circles. Frustrating!
