6 Freunde konnten die Stadtführung nicht erleben

Die Führung konnte nicht stattfinden, da der Server gestreikt hat. Die Anmeldung war für alle Beteiligten sehr schwierig. Wir waren sehr verzweifelt und haben dann eine Stadtführung per Bus gebucht.

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie die Tour nicht durchführen konnten. Ich habe unsere Logdateien überprüft, aber es war nicht unser Server, der Probleme hatte. Das Einloggen sollte sehr einfach sein, da die ganze Gruppe denselben Login-Code hat. Schade, dass Sie unseren Helpdesk nicht angerufen haben, wir hätten Ihnen gerne helfen wollen.

Leider hat die App nicht funktioniert. Wir haben sie neu geladen und dann war der Hauptnutzer nicht mehr einzurichten. Leider 15€ um sonst investiert.

Schade, dass Sie uns nicht angerufen haben, als Sie Probleme hatten. Wegen des hohen Stromverbrauchs ist die App nur zu gebrauchen wenn eine Powerbank zur Verfügung steht.

Es gab folgende technische Probleme: Die App leert die Accus der beiden Handys sehr schnell. iPhone 13 und 11: nach der Hälfte der Tour hatten die zu Beginn zu 100% geladenen Accus nur noch 37 bzw. 24% Kapazität. Deswegen haben wir dann die Tour abgebrochen.
