This was as authentic of an Italian experience we could have hoped for.
I give it my highest rating. Our hostess was wonderful.

We had a wonderful evening at Franca's house. She taught us to make tagliatelle and ravioli with blue goat cheese and potato filling. She and her husband were incredibly warm and welcoming ING. We wouls surely recommend this to anyone
