Iacopo was an excellent guide. Tho the tour was short, it was sweet and they didn’t rush us, but allowed us to take our time. We learned about the wine they produce and about the tasting process. We tasted 3 different types of red wine, along with some local charcuterie and the olive oil they produce as well. Everything was tasty! We didn’ know, but they also offer cooking lessons, which I advice you check out. Overall I would recommend the experience!

Great wine, olive oil and great staff! Well worth the money and time spent doing this trip. The ride up to the property is a little steep so be prepared for that.

Wow! Words can not describe this amazing winery. The hospitality of Podere di Pomaio is one of a kind. The tasting was explained so thorough and we even got to see the wine making process live. The location is so close to town but if given the opportunity I would stay at one of the villas. 10/10!

I recommend to take the time, learn about the grapes and the wines, it was just perfect.

We learned details of how to open a bottle until you put it in the glass and drink it! We saw the grotto for packaging and manufacturing it !! The negative point was finding the place because the GPS sent us to another and also what was served we thought it was little.

This wine tasting was a perfect experience for the whole family! We also had a pregnant person with us and they tried very hard to also make this wine tasting an awesome experience for her (prepared an extra meal, had something non alcoholic to drink). The place of this wine farm is amazing, wine with a view! I would definitely recommend this wine tasting!!

We highly recommend visiting this winery, finding out about their interesting beginnings and enjoy the tasting. We were late on our arrival time for the tour and tasting because we got lost and traveled over two mountains to get to the winery. It was very stressful but the people at the winery were wonderful and patient in giving us guidance on how to get to them and held up our tasting time in order for us to enjoy it. It was a wonderful experience and so informative. The wine was awesome and the accompanying food was delicious. The location was also beautiful.

This was a great tour at a beautiful time of day! Our tour was scheduled during golden hour, and the views of the countryside are unparalleled. The most amazing thing about this winery is how eco-friendly it is. It's the most environmentally-conscious business I've ever visited. Every part of the process is remarkably thought-out for long-term sustainability. After a tour of the vineyard and the facilities, we were escorted into a dining room overlooking the vineyard. We were provided with instruction on how to hold our wine glasses to prevent temperature transfer and how to taste wine. They served a smorgashboard of bread, olive oil, salami, and pecorino cheese with the wine. My only regret is that the rose was not ready for tasting it's rumored to be absolutely delicious. I would have liked to try it! Next time...! I purchased a bottle for later, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Definitely recommend this tour!

We just visited this winery and had the perfect experience. Mr. Rossi was so welcoming and very informative. The grounds are so very beautiful and the wine was just as delicious. We talked about the evening our entire ride back to the hotel. There is also rental villas on the property that looked extremely welcoming.

Myself my wife and our 2 children 16 and 9 spent a very enjoyable and informative 2 hours in the company of the delightful Buonela, looking around the vineyard and the wine-making area, followed by the sampling, accompanied by various breads, meats and cheeses. Beforehand we were unsure as to whether or not bringing the children along with us would be a good idea, but they enjoyed the time as much as we did, probably because the whole site is fairly compact, and because our hostess spoke excellent English, and was very good company. Can't wait for our wine order to be shipped!
