We are most regretful that you were unpleased with the service from some months ago at our port. the whole process of our shore tours is being worked on to improve tour schedule management. (there are issues with entering the harbor, with the permits, and the need to walk distances to meet travelers).
Also with Bethlehem, there was severe visitor overload due to the unprecedented volumes of cruise travelers in November. However much we tried, there were awful delays, shortages and closures as a result by the PA(leaving us the operators with little choice)
