All participants must wear helmets, which we provide.
Wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. DO NOT WEAR FLIP FLOPS or similar styled sandals.
Not wheelchair accessible. No pets or animals of any kind.
Near public transportation
Maximum passenger weight cannot exceed 300lbs. All e-bike operators must be at least 60 inches tall.
This is a bicycle tour so you need to be able to safely and confidently ride a bicycle. We use e-bikes but they work on the same principle as a bicycle. No refunds will be given if you cannot pass our rider test and safety training. You don't need to be a Tour de France rider but if you can't ride down the street in your neighborhood we ain't the adventure for you.

You need to be on time and on time means 15 minutes before scheduled departure. If you cannot make it at least 15 minutes prior to departure time, DO NOT BOOK this adventure.

You are required to read the information on your confirmation/ticket prior to arrival. Failure to do so can result in the forfeiture of your tickets if you do not follow our policies for riding with us.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

I loved the bikes! Easy to ride and very peppy! Our guide Morpheus was hysterical! So glad he had an intercom system so I could hear his funny commentary and music. A very enjoyable way to see Austin and have fun.

Do this first! It really gives you a good layout of the city and other ideas to go back to. Pony Boy was our tour guide and he did a fantastic job! Did you know the Austin Central Public library is on Time Magazines 100 things to see before you die list? We didn’t! But that is definitely added to our itinerary bc of the knowledge we learned. I would definitely do the tour again! Just book it already!

Captain Kidd did an excellent guiding ot E-Bike Tour of Austin. Entertaining and informative narratives as he safely guided of group of 10ish through the city and quiet neighborhoods. Highly recommended.

Fun E-bike Tour

Our e-bike guide, Edge, was a fantastic guide. He made sure we all felt comfortable on the e-bikes before we departed. We stopped at various locations and he gave us a brief overview of where we were. In addition to leading us around the city in a safe manner, he also took many pictures of all of the participants. It was a fantastic experience!

This was a first for sure! Closest thing to driving a motorcycle I've ever done. Not sure if I would recommend this to short people- it was really hard for me to stop (for reference I'm 5'1). Scrappy was great though! I went to school in Austin and had never seen a lot of the spots. He did a good job navigating through SXSW as well.

This ebike tour was better than we thought. It was fun, informative and we learned so many thing about Austin along the way Captain Morphius was fabulous. Austin has extensive bike lanes which made the tour much easier. Highly recommend this tour!!!
