We DO NOT collect from the Cruise Terminal. Transportation provided from hotels and air bnb's is a shuttle. The hotel pickup time will vary based on distance. Our reservations or transportation logistics team will reach out to the guest to advise on their specific hotel pickup time. Please make sure to check your email for this information. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. Should guest(s) not require transportation, they can head directly to the Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park for the specified arrival time.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We did the cave tour and zip line. The cave tour was very informative about the history of Barbados. The cave itself was amazing and our guide Kyle was very funny. I’ve never ziplined before and what a thrill it was. There were 5 lines and you work your way down. The crew was awesome and made sure everyone was properly harnessed. They really stress safety. My 11 year daughter was really scared, but they made her feel really comfortable and she had a blast!!

Adrian and James were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They explained the lengths that they go to ensure we are safe on the zips. Overall great experience. Unlike the title there were no monkey’s insight and we were told that they were probably hiding.

We did the cave tour and zip line. The cave tour was very informative about the history of Barbados. The cave itself was amazing and our guide Kyle was very funny. We had a great time. Zip line as a blast with our hosts Xavier and James. Cave team was fun and great for photos.
I guess jazzy I don’t love love love fish some of their songs. I really love. I would definitely go to this year for something you know.

Driver barely spoke on the trip. No communication on what time to be back. Told us 2:30 then when we arrived said 4. When we said something they said someone else would pick us up at 3:30. That never happened. Wasted a lot of our day on an excursion that should’ve only needed 1.5 to 2 hours.

We thank you for your feedback on your experience. We will have a discussion with our team and also seek to advise our transportation team members on the communication and interaction levels with guests who are visiting. The excursion itself has an approximate timeline of 3 hours given the various elements that are involved such as the Nature Trail, Zipline, Tour of the Cave, the videos and the Mount Gay Rum History Area. We will use this feedback though to ensure we improve on the overall communication to be able to provide you with a true Chukka experience. Please enjoy the remainder of your stay in Barbados.

The cave visit was great. Our guide Kyle and chauffeur Peter were awesome.
For the zip line it was a fun experience. Safety was taken very seriously.

The staff were wonderful. Made us feel at home. The caves were a magical experience. The entire parks was well maintained and I was really impressed by the all safety measures on the Zip Line.
