- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Firstly, great communication in regards to pick up, which was on time.
Harake was very friendly and professional, and took the time to explain the history behind each location.

Our tour guide(Harake.. hope I am spelling it rt. Sorry if otherwise.) was really friendly. He gave some very interesting insights on Lebanon and it’s history. This was my first trip to Lebanon and my first tour day. In short the bar was set very high thanks to this 1 day guided tour from Harake and team. How Jeita Grotto is not one of the Seven Wonders, I will never know, it is breath-taking. A special mention for our driver and guide Harake. Picked up on time, he made sure we had a fun and fulfilling day with lots to see and marvel at.

We had a great experience thanks to our guide&driver (Ali) who was very helpful and showed more than we even expected. He spoke perfect English and made sure that we are satisfied with our day tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone thinking or hesitating to book. To all the Europeans who are a bit worried about the situation - the guide know all the areas so well and they do their best to accommodate all needs of their guests. Highly recommended - 10/10 service!
