Last minute cancelled on me

Tour was booked, credit card charged and last minute was told it will be cancelled. Not nice cos it makes people have to make alternative plans. Next time if you are not confirmed, don’t charged ppl money.

Envían un mensaje un día antes indicando que el guía español no podría ir por enfermedad. Luego sin aviso indican que sí se presentó y nos esperó. No recibimos el tour y no recibimos la flexibilidad de cambiar la fecha ni reembolso. Pagamos 70 dólares por nada a cambio

The tourist guide waited for you for an hour. In addition, he called you 3 times on the phone, but you did not answer. You obviously forgot about the tour, and then when you realized that you forgot, you tried to ask for a refund. We always give a refund when someone cancels a tour, but we can't when you call us a day later.
