- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Serbian Private Tours are the most amazing company. We totally messed up our dates and so we're not around at the time. They checked all ways, including A and E. My phone stopped working as well. What a mess. Anyway we eventually made contact 2 hours late when we realised our mistake. They were still waiting for us ang we dashed to meet our driver. Can you imagine any other company doing that. The tour itself was excellent, with visit to a monastery as well as a tour of Novi Sad. And ..... a visit to a local vineyard including a delightful lunch accompanied by large glasses of several of their wines. Our driver/guild was absolutely excellent.
The company was so very easy to contact , except of course on our messed up day coinciding with my phone malfunction. At other times. any query was answered immediately.
They have an interesting selection of tours, but their concerns about us were absolutely amazing. If we return to Belgrade we will 😁 definitely use them again

We spent a day with Andrija as our tour guide to explore the area around Novi Sad. Andrija is both highly professional and super nice and knowledgeable. We had a thousand questions for him regarding Serbian history, wars, religion, traditions, food, family values, Serbian economy, real estate market, etc. He patiently and diligently answered each and every one of them in great detail. His depth of knowledge is really impressive. We left the tour with a great understanding of Serbian culture and history and with valuable impressions of the Northern part of Serbia. We highly recommend the tour and will gladly book with Serbian Private Tours again in the future. Thank you Andrija for a special day! Katy & Tom

Our guide Dušan is friendly and knowledgeable. We have a 17-month old boy traveling with us and Dušan tried best to accommodate the needs of the little one. All the places we visited are great and helped me understand the past and current of Serbia much better.

Good full day tour from Belgrade to neighbouring areas
Monastery and church visits were good.
Buying wine from a grandma’s house cellar was great.
Lunch at a local restaurant in a small village in Novisad was great.
Our tour guide Peter was very kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Dear Olga.
Thank you for the feedback and I’m sorry that you feel that you have seen less than expected. I had a conversation with the guide, and he told me that you covered everything from the itinerary, you went to lunch to a restaurant downtown Novi Sad and that you were dropped-off around 16:30 to your Belgrade hotel. Since you started at 9, it was a 7 and a half hours tour, so it is 30 minutes shorter than the tour promises. The Russian speaking guide that you had is still new in the Serbian Private Tours team, so he might have rushed things a bit. This is not our practice, we make sure that the guest’s experience comes first and we never measure time on tours, we very often stay as long as needed in order that the guests feel relaxed. I’m sorry about this once more and I’ll make sure that Petar doesn’t make the same mistake with other guests. Feel free to contact me next time you are in Belgrade and I’ll make sure that you are compensated for this average experience.

Excellent tour, highly recommend it, it exceeded all my expectations. Andrew (I believe Andrea in Serbian) is the most professional tour guide I’ve seen. I learned a lot about the history of Serbia, it was very interesting. All places we visited were beautiful. It was great to see and learn more and see more about Serbia outside Belgrade. Thank you for a great tour!
