It’s not an official trip to Bogotá unless you visit the Salt Cathedral and Guatavita Lagoon. The cathedral is stunning in construction and history and the views from the lagoon were breathtaking. Our guide Elizabeth was amazing and so was our driver Andres.

This is an amazing tour! Our tour guide Elizabeth & Driver Henry were awesome. They took very good care of us. The Lagoon was a great place to enjoy the nature. The climbing was very difficult. Husband had asthma and had a hard time breathing. But, he made it. The Cathedral Sal was wonderful and so amazing to experience it. A must visit place. The breakfast and lunch was okay.
100% worth it and would recommend.

WE LOVED THIS TRIP! Diego (our tour guide) and Omar (Our driver) made this day magical. It was a long day filled with wonderful stories, beautiful landscapes, and stunning human ingenuity. As a large American man, I can say I was not hungry. We had lots of delicious traditional Colombian food throughout the day and were given several options to choose from. Our guide gave us great insights into Colombia's history, politics, culture, and pastimes. The chance to get out of the city and see the beautiful countryside made the drive very pleasant. I never felt that our driver was being unsafe and felt very safe everywhere we went. Both the salt mine and the lake were so much more impressive than I expected from looking at picture before.

Nick was best tour guide. He was very knowledge. We have breakfast and delicious lunch. Tour was very long but very good planned. I recommend.

Andrea fue una excelente guía, los puntos de desayuno y comida muy ricos. La caminata para llegar al lago muy interesante escuchando los comentarios de la guía, solamente que es un poco pesado llegar al lago. El pueblo de Guatavita hermoso La catedral impresionante, es un imprescindible en Bogotá

De trip naar guatavita is een aanrader! Onze gids Diego was enorm vriendelijk, behulpzaam, en begaan met iedereen. Wist veel te vertellen! De zoutcathedraal was persoonlijk niets voor mij, maar ik had en geweldige dag!
