Our flights were cancelled and the trip needed to be cancelled. However, there was no refund! Spent $400 for no reason

Excellent all around. And the staff was most attentive, especially on the first leg of our trip to cape Cod/Provincetown.
Beautiful views

We enjoyed the fast speed boat ride over to ProvidenceTown. Boarding on our return was a bit tedious as could have been handled in a more organized manner.
Uncertainty

I'm still waiting for Viator to honor my request to reschedule due to a family emergency. I'm growing less comfortable with third party booking platforms. Not very flexible.
I enjoyed Gorgeous sea scape while riding on the T Speed Boat .
Casilda_A, Aug 2023
The T Speed Boat is comfortable, exciting and very efficient. The streets of Provincetown are joyful, people are polite and friendly.
Ferry ride great experience
Walter_K, Aug 2023
Very nice ferry ride to Boston. On time departure with a pleasant helpful crew! I had a seat with a table and was able to eat comfortably and work. Would take the ferry again to get to Ptown!
Fantastic, highly recommend.

Great day had in Provincetown. Would thoroughly recommend. Ferry was excellent. Ferry was on time and very comfortable. You can get refreshments.
Closed bathrooms
John_M, Aug 2023
Trip was good and comfortable, but why were the bathrooms closed 15 mins before arrival and then had to argue with crew to use bathroom?
Efficient Service and Great Crew
Steven_P, Jul 2023
Heavy downpour while loading, but the crew did an amazing job getting people on board fast and luggage stowed. Terrific concession stand with a great selection of options. Only downside: no Wi-Fi (but that could also be a good thing).
Helpful and friendly

Travelling with wife in wheelchair crew were helpful getting us on and off and I noticed the same friendly assistance to people with bikes.
Quick Ride.
Eric_W, Jul 2023
The long line that wrapped around the wharf waiting to board was shocking but boarded quickly. They packed a lot of people on the ship.

It was good
Milinda_J, May 2023
Ferry was quick and pretty smooth. Easier than driving. I'm sure the smoothness of the ride will depend on the weather on any given day.
Great boat ride .
Ron_C, Sep 2022
Great ride! So glad we did it. One TV was not working. You should offer water to passengers. Everyone should take this boat ride. Great crew and concierge.
Refund!
John_M, Sep 2022
You do not refund when people have to cancel, even for compelling reasons. Fix this. It makes you look shady not to offer a refund.
the so-called high speed...
Hong_S, Sep 2022
the so-called high speed ferry had no speed (broken but still offered people for the ride in low speed) - not worth for the $$$
Great trip! Fast...

Great trip! Fast efficient and friendly helpful staff! Concierge provided excellent information. He reserved a dune tour for us which was so worthwhile!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SAFE TRAVEL POLICIES DURING COVID FOR HEALTH
Jackie_L, Aug 2022
No exchange of dates or refunds during COVID encourages anyone exposed to COVID to travel OR lose everything. The other ferry exchanges your ticket without any problems! For any trip within a year! Amtrak encouraged exchanges with no penalty during COVID. It is unsafe and unheard of to refuse to issue a refund or exchanges to travel or forfeit $80. Is UNFAIR and is REALLY BAD POLICY
Lovely ferry ride
Kirrily_J, Aug 2022
Ferry ride was lovely but a full day in Provincetown is a long day. The ride back into Boston harbour was gorgeous.
