PLEASE READ ALLL OF THE BELLOW INFORMATION AS IT GREATLY IMPACTS YOUR EXCURSION. We offer pick-ups at close to 300 locations across Barbados, a combination of Hotels, condominiums and villas. If your tour is NOT a private tour, you may have up to 4 other pick-up points beside your own pick up at your accommodation. Most of the time these pick-ups are done within a 5k distance of but occasionally they are within 8km. Some tours the picks ups are along the route to the first attraction so they may be more spread out across a wider section of the island. Pick-ups are arranged in such manner, so they do not take up a lot of your day. Because we are unaware of where these pick-ups will be at the time of your booking, we will give you a wide window of time for your pick-up. On the afternoon before your tour, we will contact you by email to provide you with a more accurate pick-up time within the window provided to you at this time. YOUR PICK-UP WINDOW IS: 8:30am-10:40am

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Our tour was everything that we had hoped for. Interesting sites, experiences and VERY informational. Our favorite part of the tour was both viewing the monkeys and the snorkeling. It MUST be mentioned that our tour guide (Charles) was excellent and provided a delightful experience. Charles was highly entertaining and very informative. His knowledge and experience provided the most wonderful experience. We highly recommend this tour and hopefully you will get Charles as your guide.

It was such a great outing - Glyne was our tour guide and he was very informative about the history of Barbados. The Monkey tour was a blast - especially seeing the Mommas carrying their babies - do darn cute!! Lunch was at a wonderful little cafe, and very good.
Swiming with the turtles and visiting the shipwreck was a great way to end the tour. The guys on the boat were very attentive and made sure eveyone was really comfortable - they even took great care for a couple of the guests who didn't know how to swim.
Would highly recommend this for a full day of fun actitivities.

Charles did great job with tour only complaint. Communication with company on pickup from hotel no contact on my end and missed it. Had to have hotel taxi take to destination to meet with others and cost me additional $65 US dollars. Which did not like.

We were so glad that we chose this tour! We loved it all. Stephen our tour guide was great, really informative and friendly, he even added a stop at Rihanna's house for us! The food was tasty and even accommodated me as a vegan, which I wasn't expecting as I didn't inform them prior. The boat tour went smoothly, we saw lots of fish and got to swim with several turtles, the boat staff were very helpful with nervous swimmers and very aware but also fun! Nothing bad to say, the perfect end to our holiday so thank you for a wonderful day!

Had a great time on the tour. The driver picked us up at the room and off we went. The nature reserve was great and the monkeys got up close and personal. The lunch tasted great and the drinks were good. The boat ride was also a great time. Everybody on the tour with us were amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I did my tour with Beautiful Barbados Tours who partnered with Tranquility Cruises for the snorkeling part of the tour.
Myself and my mother attended the tour and we had a great time. The pickup was on time and went smoothly. My tour guide was Ryan - he was extremely knowledgeable and charismatic. He made our group quite comfortable very easily and kept us going in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t change anything about this tour. The snorkeling experience was my first time and I could not have asked for a better experience. The boat crew was respectful and ensured the group was safe, especially the weaker swimmers. They ensured we saw our sights (we saw sea turtles and amazing fish!!) and made it to and from safely.
I would recommend this tour with no hesitation. Book it!!!

This tour fell short, and with the gift of hindsight, we probably would have opted to do another tour/excursion.
What went well:
*Our driver was friendly enough and knowledgeable.
*The Wildlife Reserve had a lot of unique and energetic wildlife- we got a lot of great pictures.
*Lunch was delicious and filling
*The Bathsheba photo ops were beautiful.
What didn't go well:
*The transportation was disorganized and late to pick us up, so everyone on our tour missed out on some of the tour stops. This could have been avoided.
*You don't actually get to feed the monkeys- nor is this part of the tour private- you are amongst a dense amount of people vying for a photo op.
*The snorkeling was horrible. You're on a boat with about 40 other people and snorkeling in small locations. We saw more people's behinds and legs in our face than we did ocean life.
*At one point, our Captain reemed out his staff, like full on unhinged yelling. It was awkward and made a lot of people on the ship uncomfortable.
I did reach out to the company through email, asking to speak to the owner prior to writing this review as we wanted to understand what had gone wrong with the transportation, but I never heard back.
We had different excursions on the island that were much better, and would recommend doing your research before committing to this tour.

Guides were great, friendly, welcoming, and helpful but only saw 1 turtle :( and not like pictures on website.

This tour was ok, good to see the island and have the extra snorkeling experience.
Ryan, our land driver, was nice and knowledgeable about the island. The lunch was also ok.
What I did not like and this is the reason I am giving only 3 stars was:
- The boat tour has too many people, we were between 25-30 people for snorkeling and it was too confusing. Also, the guides are constantly shouting and speaking what makes you more anxious in the sea constantly trying to keep up with what they are saying instead of enjoying the sea. I have done a lot of snorkeling tours in other destinations and this was far the worse.
The snorkeling is ok, you can see one or other turtles swimming around alone and a few fishes at the shipwreck. Nothing really wow.
- The way guides speak with people is not for my taste. Maybe this is something typical in Barbados who knows, but they speak with you when explaining the rules like if you were a 5y old. Common, we are all adults. Did not like that approach. Maybe it’s me.
