Experience with Giorgio’s Limousine

This company left my son and I at the airport at midnight. We hired them to take us to our AirBNB in Niagara Falls. My son had never been picked up by a car service before so we thought it would be fun. We arrived, and they weren’t there. I called and a very rude woman answered the phone. She stated that I had put the time in incorrectly into reservation (I didn’t). I asked if they were coming, and she responded “we aren’t a taxi service.” They refused to refund my money. I had all the evidence that they were supposed to be there at that time and didn’t show. (Voicemails of them calling and verifying the time a week prior, the pop up on my phone from the third party app that I purchased it through, and everything else.) I filed a fraud case with my bank and got the money back. If you look at the other reviews, late nights seem to be a challenge for them, and man are they just rude. Thankful for the taxi company who were really kind and got us to where we needed to go. Viator is just a middle man and goes along with whatever the vendor decides. They weren’t helpful at all.

Easy pick up at Buffalo Niagara Airport and quick stop at border. Driver also made a stop for us to grab some snacks before dropping us off at the hotel. We did travel in December, so I am sure it would take a littler longer in the summer... Overall, great experience and no issues.

Our flight was delayed by six hours, making us come in after midnight instead of around 1800. Not only did our driver wait but was cheerful, helpful and attentive to my mother in law. He also have historical facts during our short drive from the airport to our Airbnb. It was cool, even though it was one in the morning.
