Cancelled cruise

Steve the tour guide was fluent in English, great to converse with. The boat ride was cancelled so, we went to Can street to eat street food instead. I thought it will be a good sit down dinner but nope. Night view of the city was rushed. Without the cruise, this tour is not worth the price.

This was my second tour in Busan with Chris as my guide. It was a delightful and memorable last night in South Korea! I always love being out on the water, but all the more fun with the fireworks. I especially enjoyed that it was on a small uncrowded vessel. And above all having a gracious and friendly professional like Chris made it all the safer and more fun! Incredible night lights in wonderful Busan

Wonderful city night lights from the mountainside, beautiful architecture in Biff square, amazing harbour cruise taking in views of the skyscrapers along the shoreline. Close up views of Diamond bridge from the water. Our Tour Guide Chris was an absolute charm. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, with a welcoming sense of humour. You would be lucky to have him as your guide. Note to participants: PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL at pickup and when returning to the bus/van at each site. You can ruin the experience for others if you are tardy as the guide might have to shorten stays at some sites in order to be on time for the cruise.

The night lights and the fireworks were absolutely stunning. However, we had a bit of hiccups with our guide. He did not show to pick us up after the yacht ride. He did not even answer his mobile. After waiting for more than 30 minutes and calling the help center, finally someone at the dock located him.

The trip into the bay on a catamaran was fun with a mini fireworks show. The trip to the mountain gave a good night view of the city. The visit to BIFF cinema was fun. Guide helpful.

Really lovely tour guide who was enthusiastic and friendly. Before the event, I was offered a refund, an alternative tour (food market including dinner) or to delay until the next day as it was due to rain. I opted to delay but was appreciative of the options and communication! Luckily, the rain held off the next day. They arrived on time and communicated clearly beforehand. The boat and fireworks were lovely! The Busan film festival site was the next destination - it was somewhere I hadn't thought of going but it was worth the trip. Very interesting and the guide gave us some information about it. Finally up to the top of the hill where there are incredible views of Busan. Overall a great experience.

The tour was awesome! We switched our pickup location from our hotel to where we knew we would be hanging out (Gamcheon Culture Village) the day before our tour. Steve was a great tour guide and having lived in the city for a while, he knew a lot about Busan. The boat ride was fun and I really enjoyed visiting BIFF theater and getting a panoramic view of the city from the mountain. I would definitely do the tour again if I came back with different people, and I really recommend going on your first night in Busan to get your bearings and ask them any questions you might have! Busan is so underrated, spend multiple days there if you can!

The boat is great fun. It was all a good experience and Steve our hoods was so friendly and chatty about life in Busan
