Great tour! We happened to go on a holiday so there weren’t students in facilities but our guide took us inside some buildings to show what they are like. Great campus and scenery.

MIT Tour with Gracie!
Jeff_L, Oct 2023
What a fascinating informative and welcoming tour of MIT for me and my family. Gracie definitely personified her name by giving a historical and personal (as a sophomore) experience filled with amusing and interesting anecdotes. We will never forget the Smoot! We liked Gracie’s tour so much we immediately scheduled one for Harvard the next day. A+++ for organizing a fun and informative agenda and having such enthusiastic funny and warm guides like Gracie!!!

Excellent tour guide, loved all the stories. Really enjoyed the experience, would have appreciated a stop to get water however as many of us were hot from the walking.
Great experience to see the best science institution in the world.
Qiu_Z, Sep 2023
Touring MIT with a student guide is a great experience, not only in terms of seeing the buildings, but also learning some insider knowledge and seeing through the campus via their students’ views. Miguel was our guide, he was passionate and told us a lot of fun things happened around the campus.
Great visit

Enjoyed it—Matt did a very good job, group was larger than expected though. Removed the mystique of the institution & its students.

We had a great tour with Audrey! She was very knowledgeable about the school and student life and shared a lot of memorable stories that really demonstrated both the academic excellence and unique personality of MIT. Highly recommend this tour.
Great visit to MIT
Jennifer_B, Jul 2023
Great tour of MIT, and you actually get to go into the buildings for an even better experience. Amazing buildings and campus. Tour guide was very knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate. He gave us about 30 minutes extra tour and info. Well worth it. The group was very large, would have been nicer if they split us up in 2 groups. Was hard sometimes to hear the guide if you were in the back.
Our tour guide was great...

Audrey did an excellent job explaining everything with enthusiasm. She was passionate about her job and answered all the questions we had. We highly recommend her to anyone.
Don’t waste your money, huge group and can’t hear.
Lola_M, Jun 2023
The group size was huge (30+ people) which is beneficial to the tour company $ but not to the guests since we couldn’t hear our tour guide at least half the time. She didn’t have a microphone. Also, some of the time we couldn’t crowd in to see what she was talking about. We had to wait for the crowd to clear, then when we took time to look, we were being left behind by the tour guide who was moving on to the next thing. We tried to stay in the front so we could see and hear, but it wasn’t always possible because there were too many people. We felt like it was a waste of money given that we couldn’t hear and had to rush to keep up.
Response from Host, Jun 2023
Hello, I'm sorry your tour experience was not ideal and that you had issues hearing the guide. Our tours are capped at 35 people for tour to maximize our guests experience and ensure they can hear the guides properly. Our guides are trained to project, form semi-circles at each stop, and allow guests to stop and take pictures at certain stops.
Great tour of MIT
