What To Expect

Join this small-group five-in-one water adventure when you’re visiting Cancun for a fun day out in the beautiful Carribean water.

Your tour starts with meeting your guide and group at the departure point in Cancun. Then you’ll head out to five different areas for underwater fun.

All of your transportation is provided, plus use of snorkel equipment. You can rent a locker for a refundable fee and use showers at the facility. Most charges are included except for a dock fee that you can pay at check in.

You’ll swim at the reef with fish all around you, then check out two MUSA underwater art galleries. You’ll also swim with sea turtles and possibly rays. Then head out to the shipwreck to do some exploring. The last water activity will be diving and snorkeling in one of the Yucatan’s impressive cenotes.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I loved this snorkeling experience. The combination of the Coral, Underwater Museum, Turtle Searching & Wreck visit was perfect. The efficiency of the tour is amazing! The value is incredible. Fernando was an incredible guide. The sites absolutely breathtaking. The wreck was my favorite (we didnt see turtles). I highly recommend grab a cover for your iPhone so you get underwater shots. We ended up beign coordinated with Total Snorkel Cancun. Highly highly recommend. I've been on tours in Jamaica, Mexico, Egypt and more via snorkel and scuba and this value is amazing!

Pretty cool experience. I couldn’t swim but Oscar helped out alot. The boat driver was so friendly and fun. The underwater experience was great i saw many sea creatures. Good experience but not for those who get sea sick!!!

Ivan our guide was super knowledgeable and made sure we felt safe in the water. The water was a bit rough but manageable. Saw lots of sea turtles and fish. We were given plenty of time to snorkel at each stop.

Wonderful! Staff was wonderful and helpful with my littles who have never snorkeled before. But still fun for my teenagers. They loved the turtles and shipwreck! Staff was fabulous and not high pressure selling for extra !!

Oscar was a great snorkle guide especially with my 8 year old daughter . We booked this tour specifically because it was just a snorkel tour that was suitable for kids and had great success in finding turtles and they did not disappoint. The shipwreck though merely a small fishing boat is a delight filled with fish. Only warning as the boat used is small, you do feel the waves and thus may not be suitable for people prone to sea sickness.

Oscar was our guide and he was attentive to everyone, making sure everyone was comfortable and happy. The reef was amazing and there were so many fish to see along with stingrays and turtles. Great for beginners as well as experienced snorklers.

The most memorable moments were swimming with the turtles and all the fish by the shipwreck. The waves and ocean current were hard to swim and navigate through the 15 foot deep water. Over all it was a cool experience I wish the water was calmer.

Decent snorkeling well organized

We enjoyed ourselves on the tour. The advertised time of 3.5hrs is only correct if you take the lengthy transport is my guess as we were away from the dock under 2hrs return. It didn’t feel rushed but approx 1hr in water time and I was always first in the water (pick the right seat to sit in at the start) saw many cool things stingrays turtles fish. The cenote is cool but just a sinkhole underwater not a swim hole cenote like other tours.

Our trip was cancelled due to high winds and rough seas. They offered a reschedule for 3 days out but we were leaving. This was a bummer, but the operator had great communication and kept us informed before we ever left the hotel.

The snorkeling was very good. We were able to swim with the turtles. However, the cenote was not what I expected. The trip guide was great and easy to understand. The worst part was the port fee was an additional $15 per person that was not included in the price. Also, the photo packages were extremely overpriced.

It was a great experience! We saw several sea turtles, several stingrays, and tons of different tropical fish! The guide was great about pointing things out and keeping an eye out to find cool stuff to show us! We chose hotel pickup, and they came and got us at 10:10 (our snorkeling was scheduled at 12). We ended up arriving at the place early and started our excursion early. We ended up back at our hotel around 3ish.

Excellent tour! Daisy was a great guide and made sure to take care of our group. We saw a lot of really cool things in a short amount of time (turtles, fish, shipwreck, reef, cenotes). The hotel pickup was very helpful. Make sure to pay attention to your specific pickup time they’ll message you after booking (mine was about an hour before the booked tour time). Highly recommend!

Very Good (Quick) Overview of the Cancun's Undersea World!

The Positive: My wife and I had a great time on this excursion! We visited all five locations, just as promised, and I definitely feel we got our money's worth. The shipwreck was really cool, and we got to see two sea turtles, several large sea stars, a ray, and hundreds of thousands of fish. Don't expect a vibrant reef, but it was still fun to swim over it, and the amount of fish around the reef makes it enjoyable! It was also nice to see a tiny bit of MUSA. The tour guides themselves were friendly and helpful, and the tour is easy for anyone who can at least swim. The current was a little strong at times, but boat captain move the boat after you jump in the water so that you naturally float back to the boat after your swim. It's absolutely a safe trip. The Downsides: It definitely felt rushed. It says 5 hours, but that's generous. We were back to our hotel nearly two hours earlier than we expected. Now, that may be great for you, but I was hoping to be in the water a bit more. Also, you won't see a cenote like on Google. It's just a hole underwater that you can't swim into because you're snorkeling and it is at least 10 feet underwater. Also, you only visit a small part of MUSA, which is a circle of hands pointed upward. Conclusion: Think of this tour like an appetizer sampler. If you're looking for a comprehensive sampling of what you can see underwater in the Cancun region, this is a great excursion, especially at this price! That's exactly what we were looking for on our trip, and I'd highly recommend this tour. However, if you're looking for something that's more rigorous or you want to swim inside a cenote, this may not be the best fit.
