Overview

Travel through the Mayan jungle on this action-packed all-day guided tour. Hop on your own ATV (or ride along with a driver) and head to a cenote, an underwater pool, where you can take a refreshing dip. Then fly above the treetops on a ziplining course. A local Mayan lunch is included. Only those 18 years old and above are permitted to drive their own ATV.

If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go for a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up for Cancun is between 7:30 am to 8:30 am, for Playa del Carmen is between 7:00 to 8:50 and the second is for a noon tour and the pick up for Cancun is between 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and for Playa del Carmen is between 11:00 am to 12:55 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message. The activity starts at 9:30 and 13:30. In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation will be edited with the correct zone through the booking engine.

What To Expect

Begin your day of adventure with hotel or meeting point pickup in Cancun and Playa del Carmen for the transfer via air-conditioned vehicle to the ATV departure point. Once you’ve arrived, strap on your helmet and hop on your ATV as the driver or a passenger for a trail ride through the jungle to a natural cenote, where you’ll stop for a swim.

After about 25 minutes of free time, set off with the ATV for the zipline course, where you’ll get fitted with your safety harness and fly through the treetops. End with a tequila tasting and guided walk to learn about Mayan history and culture before a taco snack and return transfer to the meeting point.

  • ATV Insurance is included you don´t need to pay extra Insurance fee
  • For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
  • The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines and 300 pounds for ATVs
  • We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS UNFORGETTABLE!! Book it now!! The service was outstanding our tour guide Matt was awesome he made it so enjoyable! We rode the horses first and they were beautiful and great views. There is a short ride to the other excursions. The cenote swim was AMAZING!! I did the zipline and jumped in and it felt so good! We did the actual zipline next and it was so much fun!!! I think the best part was the ATVs it started to rain but it only made it even more fun!!!! 100000/10!!! I love this definitely recommend!!!

Pablo was an amazing tour guide. Updating to VIP was the best decision we made. From the zip lining to the atvs to the private cenotes. Everything was beyond our satisfaction each and every employee was great and extremely helpful

The organization and the tour, especially our main tour guide Lalo were great. My 4 stats rating is because the ATV ride was not really what i was expecting, terrain was flat, and not very scenic.

It was good but there was a lot of upselling. Always trying to upgrade your package and then pay for photos etc. also at the end they told us the workers don’t get a salary and only get tips. Unsure if this is true or not and I hope it isn’t as they work really hard.

Overall we had a great time , the funnest and most interacting group From all the tours we took. Our tour guide Evo and Raul made all the activities fun and smooth for us. They were readily available for any assistance or questions you may have. They were interacting with us the whole duration of the activities. I like the idea that they were also good swimmers and offered assistance if needed. This gave me the confidence to zip line through the cenote which was a fear I had to conquer dropping off to the water thinking it's deep and I am not a good swimmer but because they were there with us the whole time,I felt comfortable and even letting my younger boy swim as well. I loved the the cenote experience and zipliine. My kids esp my 11 year old had a great time too. The Atv part was fun as well. Just wished our paparazzi took more pictures especially going back lol. My husband and I switched because I wanted to experience being the driver too but seems like the photo session was already done. I would have loved to get a Picture of me driving it . It's the experience that will stay in the heart but photos are also a great way to reminisce. The tequila tasting part was a fun way to start before the activities bec it felt like I already had 3 shots after all the samples. This made me losen up .Santi made it so fun and interacting. My family ended purchasing 3 different kinds. The group I was with too were just fun altogether. The lunch was okay but would have been nice to have more than two small tacos. This experience was great especially with Evo and Raul being our tour guide. No doubt I will recommend them and will do it again given another opportunity. The rating is not full stars and if not with our guides and their way of making everything fun and smooth,I would have rated it less stars. The transportation part and the lack of communication from the operator Tony gave a bad taste in my mouth. We were supposed to do this activities on a different day , Tuesday instead of Thursday. The operator even called me to confirm the hotel pick up the night before. I had received just one email regarding pick up time. After waiting past 10 minutes, I called the operator to get an update what's going on with the pick up just to find out that the pick up time was at 9:55 am not 10:40 am. I never got any more email than first received so there was no way I would have known for the time changes. Per operator, due to change of the hotel info but regardless. A call would have solved this miscommunication error on their side. My family has been ready since 8 am .We had even time for breakfast but wasn't at the lobby til 10:20 am expecting pick up time at 10:40 am. The frustrating part was being told sorry it's too late for pick up. You need to rebook. We had an itenirary and scheduled other things during our stay so it's not as easy changing everything. This really ruined our first day , we ended up not going anywhere because at that point most activities and transportation were done for same day even if we booked it through our hotel tour center. After I canceled the booking and was told too that I couldn't use my rewards towards the other booked tour I had scheduled through viator bec we already paid.They had also confirmed that they only see one email communication regarding pick up time which was a 10:40 am and not 9:55 am as the operator claims . This wasn't our fault.we were given a time and we were there but to be left behind and to be told there's nothing they can do and just have to rebook another day. In our case..our schedule was tight. To top of this frustrations and disappointments, the operator calls me back to tell me she never sent the updated email which she claims she did the first time. Offered for free child instead but at that point , my emotions were high, I was so frustrated thinking our whole day was ruined.One phone call from the operator Tony would have made things simple. Not sure how the drivers communicate if they go pick up and the cstmrs aren't there.it says they give up to 10 minutes leway but obviously 9:55 am was way too early from the original time given, we weren't there yet. So after attempts to reschedule a few things due to this activity canceled and the thought of loosing my rewards , I ended up looking through other activities and how ironic that I ended up booking it through same company, but had to pay more and lost the free child discount that was offered bec the whole time I was just ready to move on and still want to go through this experience thinking I was booking through a different company. Overall on the transportation part was not fun.We spent most of the day being on the road.We were the first to be picked up and last to be dropped off due to all the pick up and drop off other people along the way. Wish there was a better system because sometimes not everyone has all day to spend for just a 4 hour activity. Like I said the first cancelled booking really gave a bad taste in my mouth, I know things happen but had we not able to move things around. We would have wasted a whole day because of miscommunication error from the operator side. But because the guides and the activities were a lot of fun , I'm giving it a better rating.I would say the positive experience while at the activity area outweighs the bad.

Too long! Those ATVs were beat up & old. Too many holes in the ground. Very bumpy ride and a work out. Monalisa was our conductor for the excursions, overall he was nice, funny, & fun. He tried to take us out of extra tip money though, & he had to get his manager to give us the tip money outside of what we gave him.
So much fun!

Had a great time at this excursion and really enjoyed myself. The only thing I was pushed by one of the employees of the tour to buy a bandanna for the ATV when it was not required. Other than that I really enjoyed myself

It was a wonderful trip. Firstly, pickup and drop off were really smooth. Our guide at the park, Flash, was also really energetic and helpful. He wanted to make sure that we have a great time at extreme adventures. While driving ATV I was kind of scared because it was my first time, but Flash quickly switched my ATV with a buggy without charging extra. Also, I wanted to experience taking the zipline and jumping in the cenote, but I was a beginner swimmer, so Flash jumped in the cenote first and then asked me to jump so that I can feel the adventure and have a great time. I don't know names of any other staff members we interacted with, but every single staff member were fantastic.

Lots of fun at the actual excursion!!! Our tour guide “Mr. O” was great!!! Our driver to the excursion was late picking us up, so we had very little time to swim at the cenote. Our email stated we would be picked up at 1220pm for a 130pm start time…. We were picked up at 1245pm & the excursion started around 215pm.

We loved the zip line portion and the swim. 4 wheeler not so much they broke down on us 3 times and we can do that ride in our back yard

I have been on ziplining, ATV and cenote excursions before... I decided to go with this one based on price. I won't do that again. Considering this is backed by trip advisor I expected better. We were greeted by a very pushy salesmen wanting us to upgrade our package (which we didn't). He said, our package only included 3 ziplines vs the 5 ziplines that were available.... and that our package only included a 2 taco lunch... I opted not to upgrade, and we still did all 5 ziplines anyways.... The ATVs were archaic, probably 50 years old, panels sewed together with wire, and several broke down during the ride. The cenote was nice. The staff that guided us throughout the day was great. The food was good and I was glad I didn't do the $55 dollar per person upgrade (there was 4 of us) which they originally claimed included so much more.

This experience was AMAZING. The VIP package was worth it for us. George of the Jungle, Mona, & the ENTIRE team were great, friendly, and made us comfortable. Ziplining, Cenote swimming was so fun! ATVs were fun as well, just no sight seeing. If the ATV tour route could expand, that would be a plus. I would still recommend this experience, though. Everything was great, including the extra activity and the unlimited lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed this and would do it again.

I would give this excursion 5 stars if it wasn’t for the atv part. They were raggedy and beat up. The exhaust was burning our legs and the suspension and steering was awful. But everything else was good your guide was really funny and cool.
