Tony and Martin were also and very knowledgeable! I would say however that if your looking to spend time at the Cancún sign be aware the line is long and the heat is wild

It was a hot day in Cancun. Instead of an open bus, they transported us in an air conditioned van which we very much appreciated. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and comfortable sharing the story of Cancun and the spot we toured. We had ample time at each stop EXCEPT for the most famous stop, the Cancun sign. That was why I booked the tour. So I was very disappointed that we were not allowed to wait in line to take the picture thus the rating of 4 instead of 5. I will say again....It was a very hot day in Cancun that day and the line was long so I understood - still very disappointed.

It was no double decker bus..it was a hot ass van packed to capacity...so much that the tour guide had to sit on the floor...it was hot and uncomfortable...people were sitting all on top of each other! Dripping with sweat...and the stops were not all that.if I had to do it over again..I wouldn't

Hello Alexxus, thanks for taking the time to write to us, we also like to apologize for the incovenient on the tour. Yes the van that day was at full capacity and the weather temperature of that day was 105 F, every van was having complications to kee the interiors cold, it was very unisual hot! The guide has one specific spot to sit on in case he has to give up his so another client can go confortable. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenient. Xightseeing Xcursions

Wonderful experience. Tour guide is funny and knowledgeable. Love that they were able to bring us back to our hotel. Maybe just add lunch to the package as tour is from 9:30am-2pm. Nonetheless everything was good! :)

Tony was very knowledgeable and informative about the history of Cancun. I have been here many times and this was the first time taking the tour and I’m glad we did. The variety of beverages offered on the bus was Only thing I would change is the length of time spent at the shopping. To long.

Amazing experience

Everything about this experience was great. The tour guides Tony and Arturo as well as the driver Esaùl were amazing. I was picked up promptly from my hotel in a van and taken to the pick-up point at Playa delfines where we boarded the open air bus. It was a great way to learn about the history of Cancun and get to see the city at the same time. I would highly recommend this experience.

Shopping was no what we had expected. It was only souvenirs and jewelry. Would have liked to go to the large mercado 28. Didn't enjoy being made to dance every time you got off the bus or yell when certain words were spoken.

Really fun tour. Very well organised. Hotel pick up from playa del carmen area was really reasonably priced. Had a great time, although mercado 28 is quite expensive. We got souvenirs much cheaper in other places like Isla Mujeres. Would definitely do this tour again though!

The tour around town was interesting and the guide was funny. I was picked up right on time. We made 2 stops for tequila tasting and shopping. At the first stop the vendors were a bit aggressive, the second stop was much better.

The tour guide was funny. Had a great experience. It was not a double decker bus as I was expecting. It was a mini van. I was grateful because the heat level here is on another level. We stopped at a few shops for souvenirs, and there was also Tequila tasting. That was the best part.

Very informative and fun trip! The bus ride was comfortable and cool, considering it was very very hot outside. We made three stops where we were allowed to eat and purchase gifts for family members. We especially loved eating some authentic Mexican food from street vendors.

Too Much Shopping-Very Little Sightseeing

The majority of this is excursion is being dropped off to shop. The guides were knowledgeable & fun. We were expecting to learn more about Cancún rather than shopping for 2 hours.
