  • Minimum age required to drive 18+
  • Minimum age recommended to board 3+
  • Participants from 3 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult
  • No pregnant women allowed
  • Not recommended for participants with back problems, heart complaints or other serious medical conditions such as asthma or claustrophobia (just for snorkeling)
  • We recommend you to bring your own towel and dry clothes
  • You can present either a printed or an electronic voucher for this activity
  • This service requires a payment of $15.00 USD per person prior to boarding, payable in cash for use of marine natural elements (Art. 198 of the Act Federal rights)

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Had an amazing time with this company!! All the staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I want to shout out Carlos the tour guide who was amazing. We got to see manta rays, sea turtles, the coral reef and some of the Underwater Museum statues. If you want have fun in Cancun, I highly recommend this jungle tour.

Raul and Luis were amazing! This is a great tour if you don’t want to waste a day. Raul even guides you through the water to see the what coral and try statues underwater. Highly recommend!

Weather did not allow for us to snorkel but they were nice enough to let us ride the speed boat longer and have a tequila tasting after! Don’t wear a hat! You will loose it!

A good last minute tour

I booked this tour last minute since another tour that I had booked had gotten cancelled last minute. This one was good.. smooth checkin process and all that, but i thought the guide who took us to the snorkeling spot could have guided us better in terms of where to look for the under water Statues.. we had to search a lot for it.. and had only 45 mins. The Tequila tasting after this was pretty good. Never knew tequila tasted so yumm:)

OK, hands down, the best excursion my family has done. (and we have done many!) Mario was an excellent communicator and tour guide. He was always in control and in charge. The speedboats were fun and easy to operate. We had significant time to drive the speed boats and all of our party really enjoyed this part. When we got to the snorkeling area, Mario again was awesome at keeping us on track. The return trip to the marina was as fun as it was going out. My 17-year-old son, my 17-year-old daughter, and my 20-year-old daughter all had a great time and said it was one of the best tours they had ever done. (and we have done a lot of tours!)

Awesome adventure. The speedboat was a little scary at first, but the instructor was great and patient. The snorkeling was fantastic, saw many different fish and corals, and also the underwater sculptures.

Speedboats and starfish

Carlos was an excellent guide!! He was personable and knowledgeable. When we snorkeled he got in with us and took us around. He showed us several different kinds of starfish and we were able to pass them around before releasing them. He also pulled up a beautiful conch shell that was still inhabited. I came back with two shells for my shell collection that he gave me. I haven’t been able to find any on the beach and I like to bring back at least one shell from each vacation I go old, so that was the icing on the cake. Oh and my husband was like a 12 year old boy driving the speedboat, he really loved that!

Once in a life time experience

This is an amazing experience!! At first, it’s a bit scary because you have to get use to changing gears. Also, the turn are a bit scary as well. Nevertheless, the guide person is so wonderful, amazing and understanding that he makes you feel comfortable. What’s great is that the guide has patience with you in the event you are struggling or need help.
