We had an amazing day at the Tulum Ruins and Cenotes with Juan and Joe. They made sure we all had a great day, they are very experienced and knowledgeable of the history and importance of these special places. We almost didn't get to experience this due to a website glitch with booking but Vanessa assured that we didn't miss out! This is a great team and we will definitely use them again when we visit Mexico next!

This excursion was the highlight of our Cancun trip! We loved the opportunity to see the ruins and swimming in the Cenotes was amazing. Our tour guides were wonderful, so kind, helpful and fun! We highly recommend this tour.

The cenotes were incredible and we all loved it! The ruins were nice, but it would have been better if the guide went with us and told us some of the history, but that wasn't part of this tour. It was a very long ride, but the cenotes were worth the trip.

Our guides were terrific, and they got us to the Tulum ruins before the big crowds. Exploring and swimming in the cenotes was super fun. We loved seeing the bats hanging from the cave ceiling.

Charlie was our driver, he was very punctual, friendly, safe and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Our tour guide Juan was simply amazing! He was knowledgeable, trusting, friendly and reliable. Overall the best vibes. Both teammates went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Both the ride and the adventure was perfect. They took care of my family of 6; I am 5 months pregnant and I felt safe and comfortable doing this entire excursion! Would definitely recommend! Would absolutely do it again.

I would like to thank Joe, Mika, Mary Jo and JC they took care of us. Helping us on and off the bus and helping us in and out of the cenota. We are seniors and they treated us like family. This group will always hold a special place in my heart and I will miss them

Juan was our guide and he did such a fantastic job setting our day up and giving us cultural history. The Mayan village was quite a site. Monse captured our family in the Cenotes! Loved it!

Camila, mary-jane (tour guides) and Charlie (driver) are awesome.. we are a family of 5 and they were super patient with us and took their time with one of my daughters who has panic attacks. They ensured she would not miss this beautiful tour while personally guiding her through the cave. Charlie is a careful driver. I would most definitely recommend this tour to anyone. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.

Staff was awesome! Camilla was a fantastic tour guide and Asha was a terrific photographer. The Tulum ruins were a must see and the cenotes were magical. Tour bus was very comfortable, driver was great. Suggest you bring a snack since lunch isn't till 2:00. A great day with family, glad we did it!

Cenotes (Tortuga) and Tulum Ruins

The ruins were awesome. Lots of history and culture behind them. There is a big market outside of it with lots of shops and restaurants. The Cenotes are beautiful and definitely worth going to. It’s open to the public so you don’t have to go with a tour. Bring a waterproof case for your phone. You’ll want pictures but you won’t be able to carry it. The cenotes are very deep and you can’t touch in most spots. Take a life jacket no matter how strong of a swimmer you are.

This was a great day tour. Our tour guide spoke perfect English. Tulum was a self-guided tour which was nice, and the cenotes were amazing! One is a cave, and the others are open and lazy river-like cenotes. This was super laid back and beautiful. Well worth the trip!
