  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Service animals allowed
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • Children 2 and younger are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult.
  • You must be able to walk at a leisurely pace for approximately 1.5miles (2km) and be able to climb and descend stairs.
  • An additional surcharge of US$35 (700MXN) for international travelers, US$20 (400MXN) for Mexican citizens and US$6 (120MXN) for children regardless their nationality are payable in cash on the day of your activity.
  • Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya Hotels. If transportation is not purchased you will be asked to meet at one of the designated meeting points.
  • Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.
  • Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
  • You should bring swimwear, towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent and spending cash for incidentals.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 99 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

A nice, big, air conditioned bus was so nice to travel the long day in. Guides were knowledgeable and prepared with lots of information. Food at the cenote was delicious. Wish we had been able to stay in Valladolid longer and enjoy the charming town center. This is a long outing! We were gone from our hotel-door to door- for nearly 13 hours. Bring water and snacks and cash for tips and shopping.

It was a great trip BUT they charged 35 USD or the pesos equivalent when they pick you up. It was fun just be aware that the full price is not listed
