    • Not wheelchair accessible
    • Near public transportation
    • Infants must sit on laps
    • Not recommended for travelers with back problems
    • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
    • Most travelers can participate
    • An additional surcharge of 15USD per person for Marine Park fee must be paid cash on the day of your activity.
    • Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya hotels. You will receive the final pickup time a day before your activity takes place.
    • Hotel pickup is not available further south Dreams Tulum hotel. If your hotel is outside of the coverage area, you will need to meet the tour at a designated meeting point
    • Please be ready and waiting 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
    • Alcoholic Beverages are allowed for 18 years old and above.
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 25 travelers

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
