Despite my delayed flight arrival being 3AM, the greeter and the driver were at the transportation area perhaps 5 minutes after I walked out of the airport. I didn't check any bags and was the first person to walk out in a while. They were prompt and took great care of me.

NOT happy with Transportation Services! Terrible start to our 31st Wedding Anniversary! Our flight was delayed (through no fault of our own) and I sent a text in advance to the contact tour operator informing them that the flight was delayed. When we arrived at the Cancun airport the transportation services person said that we were placed as a "No show" and therefore could provide the service anymore to our hotel and that there was no availability. It was a major inconvenience for us and we DO NOT want to use their services ANYMORE for our return to the airport. I would like a full refund in full, please.

I arrived at the airport after midnight & I would have liked exact directions to find my host. Eg: take left exit & walk for 1minute to see the taxi area. I then had a 20min (which was fine) wait while the host found a driver. The driver was very good & extremely helpful.
Awful Experience with Transportation

I have never written a review, especially a poor one, but feel compelled to do so because of our awful experience. We arrived and the company that was listed as our transportation, Nexus, on the Viator voucher said we were not listed to travel with them. We spent nearly two hours trying to sort it out with no help from Viator or Nexus. We ended up having to pay double to take a taxi because no other transportation was available. To note, we did prepay and reserve days ahead with Viator. I would not recommend using them for transportation.

I was charged twice for my transportation because the company refused to cancel one of the duplicate trips. The Viator live agent (representative) booked our trip incorrectly. When error discovered I called back in an talked to another live agent who had to rebook our transportation correctly. She told that she had put in a request to cancel and refund the prior transportation since it was done incorrectly. I received noticed that VIator refuse to credit (refund) me for the canceled pick up trip booked incorrectly by the prior live agent; therefore, Viator charged me twice for the same pickup. Ironically the incorrect booking shows a status of trip completed which is incorrect because the trip was canceled and the driver never picked us up at the airport. We were picked up by another company (Unitravel) who was great.

to start from the pick up time that I had to call a local number to know, that not having a local simcard was a struggle as I had to ask someone to call this number, then the operator could not find my booking with both numbers of the booking I had from Viator as apparently they have the booking saved with another ref number that I was not told about when I booked, the number to call I was given when I sent them a message to ask about the pick up time was wrong, the operator at the phone rude and not helpful, the asked me to call again after 4pm, when in the message I had from the TO itself said to call at 3pm, but just in case the pick up time changes I had to call again, thing that made no sense for me as why I have to call agin, if it changes they should be the one updating up not to mention the struggle of asking again to find my booking the second time I had to call, and the annoying fact I had to ask again to use someone local phone to make the call, then they left me at the airport at 9.30am when my flight was at 14.30, because they had to pick up someone at the airport after they dropped me there so it was convenient for them but not much for me as I was there so many hours in advance and the Cancun airport is not the best for long wait as it has small spaces, long lines everywhere as it is overcrowded and has not enough space for the amount of ppl that holds. I would not suggest them, sure you pay a very cheap price 6£ but at a cost of comfort but the driver I have to say was polite.

We arrived late to Cancun but weren’t even on the list despite having an electronic ticket and printed ticket they sent. They then did not show up to pick us up upon the end of the vacation for our return flight. They ended up paying for cabs each way but never bothered to contact me and let me know there were issues. We had to wait an hour for a cab on arrival and then I had to get a cab for the departure flight. Terrible service. I tried communicating with them 4 times via their email link and they didn’t respond 2 or 1 day out, not even on the day of departure.

Trip from Cancun airport to hotel fine. Ride from hotel to airport never showed up. Nexus Mexico said they didn’t show a booking but I had both booking and confirmation number also credit card charged for trip .

If I could give 0/5 stars I would. We booked and payed for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. We waited for over a half hr for the shuttle to show up. We called customer service and gave them our confirmation number, which after they received promptly hung up on us. We called back and waited on hold for over 15 min. We send several chats through the booking service saying our shuttle wasn’t there and asking for help. No one answered the chats. We ended up getting a cab and almost missing our flight. Then, viator refused to give us a refund. Worst service ever due to lack of service and assistance. Stole our money and made the experience back to the airport more stressful than it needed to be.
