- The pick-up time will be received one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email including the SPAM folder. You can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation 1 day before the tour before 2 pm. - If we do not have availability for pick-up at your accommodation, you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel. - The pick up time is set according to your location and the availability of the tour. - Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will automatically be assigned the meeting point at the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel. - We do not offer pick up service at any airbnb or private addresses

Good tour, can be improved

There was a bit of hiccup while starting the tour, where trip manager asked for extra payment else would not provide us with entry tickets. And what is not mentioned is about carrying bug spray, ended up paying more for that. Good parts, great places and very good food. Enjoyed all the places.

Pablo and Nestor were great! There was enough free time to quickly walk around and get pics after and Pablo made sure to educate us on the Mayan culture. He went above and beyond. A great way to see quite a few popular sites. Expect lots of time driving - it’s great break from the heat between sites. It was 13 hours from pick up to drop off.

Martin and Zeferino were absolutely amazing! Very kind and knowledgeable. Provided so much information on the tour. Experience some wonderful scenes. Out of all of the tours I’ve taken they actually dropped you off at the door of your hotel vs at the corner or a few blocks over which was a plus since it was late when we arrived back at the hotel. Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this tour!!

Timing très stress mais attendu. Je déconseille si vous séjournez à cancun car le trajet s'arrête à chaque hôtel. Depuis Playacar c'était parfait. Pour coba prenez un tuk Tuk à 7usd. Le repas un peu long. Le cenote juste magique. Le moment fort du tour.
