Manuel(our driver) and Victor(Motomoto)(our guide) were great. Victor is a great guide and had a lot of passion in Mayan history. He was very funny. Recommended hotel was good, although there are lot of options to eat at Tulum, and you dont have to go with that one. It was hot, but after a bath in Cenyote it all felt worth it. Also, dont spend all the time in first cenyote, other one is just 5 mins walk and is much more secluded and had no green algae.

Edwin the driver Omar with SAT were great! Edwin was very personable and funny so it made the 2 hr trip there go by fast. The Tulum ruins were really cool with amazing views. The cenotes were amazing and breathtakingly beautiful! The only mediocre thing was the food at the recommended restaurant Frostys. It wasn't the greatest and I feel the set price was kind of a setup. Thinking back we should have tried another restaurant. Edwin advised us of other restaurants scamming tourists but I feel we could have been safe with asking the prices ahead of time.

Pastor and Abel were amazing! Pastor was super thorough, friendly and always willing to answer questions. Abel drive like gentleman and my friend and I felt very safe, especially during the off road trek to the Cenotes. Meet up at the supermarket in Tulum was also easy and seamless. I got scammed by viator and Sat Mexico

I am literally so disappointed. They just literally stole my money. This company is SCAM… please don’t buy anything …. They stole $150 from me. They were supposed to come and pick me up, and never arrived, even not a single communication… now Viator and the other scam company in Cancun said that my money can’t be refundable… this is so unacceptable… if you want to lose money or get scammed this is the place….

Pick up/departure times were on time. The tour guide and driver of the bus were laid back super friendly. The Cenote was so refreshing after the heat of the day. And so beautiful. For American's, Tulum uses a exchange rate of 21 peso to one US Dollar. So US money Cash is a better deal when shopping and eating in the area

This was our second tour with Sami! He was funny, friendly, and very personable. He has so much knowledge of the places he goes to and we would definitely do another tour with SAT Mexico again. Tulum has a beautiful view of the beach & the cenotes are refreshing. In our opinion, the Cenote that is a little father is much better than the one that is right at the front.
