Pick-up services are available for all hotels and vacation rentals in the Riviera Maya area, which includes locations from Moon Palace to Tulum (including Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen). There is no additional charge for pick-up in these areas. However, for Cancun City and the ‘Zona Hotelera’ (Hotel Zone), there is a small fee of $15 USD per person. If you’re staying in Playa Mujeres or the Cancun City area, the charge is $20 USD per person. Once you confirm your booking, we’ll provide you with the exact pick-up time. For accommodations located on unpaved streets or in Tulum’s ‘Zona Hotelera’ (Tulum Hotels Beach Zone), we’ll arrange a nearby meeting point.

Highly recommend wonderful experience Thank you German!!

We were lucky enough to have German be our tour guide today, as we visited 4 cenotes and turtle beach in Akumal. We had plenty of space in the air conditioned van, and no extra people so we were very comfortable. He was prompt on time, and was ready to pick us up when we were ready to go. German went above and beyond for our group and even sent us some pictures from our turtle beach excursion. Highly recommend the services we were provided today. Thanks German!!!

I can’t recommend this trip enough. The tour company were on time (to the min) and the guide was very informative at Tulum ruins. The highlight has to be the snorkelling. We saw three turtles up close and countless sting rays and fish. We then visited four centres. Two open which you can jump into ( a lot of fun) and two closed (fantastic experience).

Fun day with Mayan River Tours

Ulysses and his team were well organized. Javier the driver had a prompt arrival to our hotel. Tulum Mayan ruins were really beautiful. The snorkeling came next. I didn’t read tour details so when I got there I found the snorkel started from a boat. There was a bit of wind so I got a bit sick because I didn’t know to take my sea sickness meds. We saw beautiful fish, awesome big turtles and stingray. Finally the Grand Cenote was nice. It is partially open and partially closed. Not too cold but refreshing. The ride back was efficient. I was glad to take the shorter tour because I was tired and glad to spend the rest of the day at my resort. Well priced tour. Viator was very helpful to verify my hotel pick up because it wasn’t on the pick list.

We were pleased with this excursion. They were on time and we felt safe. Our guide of Tulum was very knowledgeable and the cenote was amazing. Our only complaint was the snorkel experience. No one spoke English on the very small boat which I didn’t think was safe and once in the water we were pretty much left. Not really a guide showing us where to see anything. The water was also pretty choppy as well and didn’t see much. I would either take the snorkel part off completely or use a different company for the snorkel part.
