Patronising guide, beautiful views

Tulum is great but: 1. The tour guide was very patronising and treated everyone as if we were kids on a school trip (the youngest person in the group was 34 yr old), forgetting that he is the one providing a service for a fee 2. The van wasn’t very comfortable, quite bumpy and broken cup holders 3. If going from Cancun it will be about a 3hr drive as it takes ages to pick everyone up from different hotels on the way incl. Playa del Carmen and Tulum itself

Ok- no beach time

The tour itself was very informative however we didn’t get any beach time as stated in the description. Our tour guide told us that access to the beach had been closed off for 4 years. Why still haven’t it in the description if that’s the case. I would not have purchased if I had known that we weren’t going to get beach time.

Wonderful Half Day Tulum Tour!

This half day tour was perfect for me and my husband! We received plenty of communication prior to the tour. Our brave driver, Claudio, picked us up on time. Our tour guide, Tania, kept us chuckling. As someone who is trying to learn Spanish, it was fun and helpful to hear her present information expertly in English and Spanish. Her tour at the ruins was full of interesting information and very heartfelt reflecting pride in her Mayan ancestry. Afterwards, we still had plenty of time to explore the ruins and marketplace. Tania, also, recommended a delicious restaurant for lunch. The trip back was quick and easy. The amount of time for the tour described so that we were back in plenty of time for our afternoon plans. The entire experience from pick-up to drop-off was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this tour, it's guide, and driver. Thank you!
