All of it. Fabrizio is a gracious host. He introduces you to all the residents of the farm even the 4 legged ones. Then a tour of the trees, the kinds of Olives, the rest of the produce they grow. His wife wad teaching a pasta course while he then took us to the olive oil tasting room. First he tells you about the differences of olive oils, then shows you how to taste it, then he proceeds to give you 3 different oils to taste. Then he serves you a 3 course meal he made. You eat it outside facing the beautiful countryside. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it.

That was the best day of our trip!
Amazing experience of olive oil testing followed by wonderful home cooked lunch with the best hospitality that you can wish for.
Will remember it for long time.
