Best office view ever!

Maurizio our gracious host has a wonderful office overlooking his vineyard and olive grove! We enjoyed this experience so much and the wines were so good we shipped some home!

Overpriced

Overall everything went smooth, met with the owner and got to try his wines but it felt rushed. We didn’t get to explore how the wines are made, we didn’t get to walk in the vineyards, we didn’t get a proper explanation during the testings. The wine was poured with a 30 second explanation and then we were left alone to drink until she came to pour the next wine. Overall it was ok but overpriced for what we received

Ciao Bengi_T Mi dispiace che la vostra visita non sia stata apprezzata al 100%, ma la cantina è stata messa a disposizione ed Io vi ho spiegato il procedimento di vinificazione oltre a quello di estrazione dell'olio extravergine e avete potuto sentire anche il profumo direttamente dal contenitore. Per quanto riguarda il camminare nei vigneti è vero non è stato fatto perché, generalmente non viene richiesto ma su esplicita richiesta lo facciamo. Le spiegazioni dei vini sono fatte soprattutto in abbinamento del cibo e non delle caratteristiche olfattive e degustative, per quanto riguarda il tempo che siete rimasti da soli, questo lo facciamo perché i nostri ospiti possono in tranquillità confrontarsi, per noi è una forma di rispetto mi dispiace che sia stata non compresa. The adresse and name in the Viator site are wrong, so we spent an hour looking for the place. The tour was very short, basically only a tasting.

Would add high quality lunch and dinner as an option

Grazie per essere venuti a trovarci, siamo contenti che il posto vi sia piaciuto! Per quanto riguarda l'assaggio dell'uva purtroppo non è stato possibile poiché avevamo già finito la vendemmia, vi aspettiamo però il prossimo anno ad inizio settembre! Le olive invece non si possono mangiare cogliendole direttamente dall'albero...le avete assaggiate gustando il nostro olio! Maurizio

The host was amazing. My experience could not have been any better and I do not think it will be able to be beat. He started by picking us up from the gas station. Then we toured his winery and he showed us around his land. The views were breathtaking. When it got to the tasting and food, everything was delicious. The environment was ideal and his home is beautiful. He then drove us down, back to the bus station. 100 would recommend and would go back!

Indimenticabile esperienza

Maurizio, il titolare della omonima cantina Brogioni, ci ha accolto con un affetto ed una cordialità eccezionali, tra l'altro minimizzando il nostro ritardo dovuto ad un inconveniente con l'auto. Con due parole ci ha messo a nostro agio e ci ha fatto dimenticare i nostri affanni. Ci ha raccontato con passione e trasporto prima la storia del Chianti (inteso sia come zona sia come vino) poi della sua tenuta. Una storia di un uomo follemente innamorato del suo lavoro che, in mezzo alle peripezie dovute alla perdita del padre in età giovanile, e della conseguente vendita della tenuta originaria, è riuscito passo passo a creare una tenuta tutta sua. Tenuta che ha ingrandito piano piano fino ad arrivare ad aggiungere, probabilmente quest'anno, gli ultimi due ettari che renderanno la tenuta perfetta. Ci ha accolto nel suo ufficio (una panchina all'aperto che domina la tenuta e la vallata coperta completamente di vigneti ed uliveti, una vista incredibile) ed infine ci ha fatto assaggiare i suoi vini con gli abbinamenti perfetti di salumi e formaggi. Indimenticabile l'olio al tartufo, che abbiamo acquistato ad occhi chiusi. Un esperienza che va assolutamente provata. Solo la dedizione e la passione di Maurizio valgono il prezzo del biglietro. Gli assaggi sono la ciliegina sulla torta. Un'esperienza indimenticabile.

Il proprietario che ripete annoiato un copione a memoria. Poche informazioni e meno entusiasmo. Vini e abbinamenti di media qualità. Costi alti dei prodotti. Unica nota positiva la cortesia di Viola che purtroppo si è occupata di noi a sprazzi.

Endroit très beau et accueil Très agréable. Nous avons eu la possibilité de goûter 5 vins différents’ de l’huile d’olive extra vierge ainsi que du chocolat. Les accompagnements proposés avec m’ont semblé très justes, difficile de boire les 5 verres en mangeant si peu. Nous nous sommes malgré tout régalées et avons partagé ce moment avec 1 couple qui était présent. La visite et dégustation ont duré 2 h.
