This was a great deal. My husband and I used it to go to the field museum, aquarium, skydeck, science museum, and planetarium. I was disappointed that we were unable to book the boat tour but understandable since we did visit in February. Make sure to book as much as you can in advance.

Citypass Chicago: no good at all. We couldnt use 1 attraction.ttraction.

Hard to reserve. Some links do not work(365 tilt) so we couldnt use the last attraction from our 3 attractions list. Some other attractions (mob and crime tours) are not included in the city pass. Horrible experience. I rather buy next time each attraction per use and not spending so much money for 1 or 2 credits. If you do it, do not buy more than 1 or maybe 2 per day. But I would rather do it straight with the people from the show/attraction. It is my honest opininion. City Pass for Chicago it is a scam.

We're so sorry to hear about the medical issues and we hope your friend's husband is recovering. To confirm, did you request a refund from Viator? While the state policy says no refunds, if you have not used any tickets, they may make an exception. One thing to be aware of is that uncanceled reservations do count as ticket usage. So, if you had made reservations but did not cancel them, your tickets would not be considered unused, and you would not be eligible for a refund. I hope that information is helpful.

The city pass is the best money spent in Chicago if you want to see all the tourist locations. I have been to Chicago a lot in my life because my family lives here but it was my first time taking my son. This was a way better experience than when I was a kid having to buy tickets at all the different locations. Huge timesaver, and money saver! We had the time of our lives!

I loved having access to my pass and seeing the many sights in Chicago but using the pass was not simple. The app never showed my pass and didn’t link. Therefore, I could not reserve a time for some of the venues. I would not do this again.

It saddens me to right this review 😢 I’ve been using Viator for several years now and have had nothing but AMAZING EXPERIENCE until as of late, This was one of my worst experiences ever well we started off with a Segway Tour in Chicago However the rain ruined the day so I was contacted by the tour guide as well S Viator which I thought was Freaking awesome Well we rescued for later that day because the rain was scheduled to stop however that was not the case well I reached out about a refund or credit but received nothing, That’s not where the story ends so there was also a sunset cruise that was rained out as well However I received a refund as well as an option to book again well now we get to the City pass that I purchased yesterday and was denied entry to just about ever place on the list I was told that they didn’t know how to schedule a booking because I booked through 4th party yea I kno I kno crazy this is not my first purchasing a city pass I’m well aware of how they work ok so I reached out to Viator to let them know what was going on and see if there was something that could be done to save my last day In Chicago well they responded and said they would get back to me hmm well was kinda hoping I would get to use my city pass while I’m in the city oh well I guess Viator had other plans..
