Too long. She gave brief tour. That could’ve been longer so we didn’t have to wait 40 min before the fireworks. Guide was very sweet tho

Our experience was absolutely incredible! The whole staff was very friendly and efficient. We felt very welcomed and comfortable as well. Seeing the skyline lit up at night was a dream and the firework show at the end was just spectacular! I highly recommend going on this cruise. You will not be disappointed!!

Thought it would be more sight seeing. Boat literally went to a set spot, watched the fireworks and went back to dock. Firework show was nice.

Jacob our tour guide was amazing. He was very informative, funny, and helpful. The fireworks show was spectacular and the yes, the 3D glasses made everything so much more beautiful.

The fireworks were the ONLY thing nice & they can be seen off the boat so it has nothing to do with this boat ride. Boat was docked against a wall for over half of the 2 hr trip. There are lights outside in the seating area that were attracting thousands of bugs which made it impossible to even sit down in our seats. Boat was also oversold so lots of people didn’t have a seat. The bugs were like nothing I’ve never seen, swarming even inside the boat. Crew didn’t care that passengers didn’t have seats. Crew didn’t care that the bugs were allllll over us, while we had no choice but to stay on the boat until we returned to the dock. As a Chicago influencer, I’d never recommend this tour. It was the worst 2 hours boat cruise I have ever taken in Chicago. 0/10 don’t waste your money, enjoy the fireworks from Navy Pier for free instead.
Fun night on the water

The cruise was a fun and unique experience! Loved getting out on Lake Michigan at night to see the city from a different vantage point. Just beautiful! It helped that it was a beautiful summer evening. Fireworks were very good too!

The firework was awesome, and the night view of Chicago city was really beautiful!! We could bring our snack and drinks and we also could order some drinks inside the cruise, so it made us comfortable.

Not a 4 hr boat ride as advertised. The app didn’t function properly and didn’t list all options for tickets when I initially purchased, and then I wasn’t able to upgrade to priority boarding.

A disappointment

This tour was a total rip off… we cruised for only two about two blocks and sat stationary for 40 minutes. Then moved another 50 feet for fireworks that only lasted 10/15 minutes. I was totally disappointed

I (55) spent a wonderful with my aunt (70) and daughter (10) evening seeing the city from the river. Fireworks were beautiful. The information about the architecture of the buildings was very interesting. I would recommend this cruise for all ages.
