      We were not given clear instructions on where to meet... finally did locate the driver... He was helpful and willing to please, but I did not get the 6 passenger van I was promised. Smalll car, we were stuffed in (4 people, 8 luggage). Uncomfortable to say the least. Communication problem, apparently. I used the '4 passengers, 2 bags each' and that did confuse them. l would suggest you state 4 passenger, 8 luggage. That might help.

      Dear Judith, We conducted an investigation into the situation we described and found out the following. You had a transfer booked for 4 passengers and you also informed us that you would have 4 pieces of luggage for 4 passengers. Also, the day before the trip, you were sent the driver’s number with information about the meeting in the Port. Our driver arrived at the port according to the time previously agreed upon with you, tried to contact you to find you, and when he met you, you had 2 suitcases per person, which exceeds the limits according to the baggage rules and the information you stated earlier, despite that we have not received any changes regarding the amount of your luggage. Therefore, our driver did his best and placed you in a vehicle, namely 4 people and 8 suitcases, and delivered you to your hotel. We are very sorry that you experienced discomfort, but if we had received information that you would have more luggage, we, for our part, would have been able to provide a more spacious car.

      Professional door-to-door service. The driver coordinated with us using WhatsApp and lets us know where we could meet them outside the cruise terminal so we could easily meet up and then assisted us with our luggage to the car.
